1 year flex account
FlexPay Question
T-Mobile FlexPay "N" Class
If someone's credit gets run and it comes back
N class, about how long would it take for that to switch over to M Class (2 year contract option)? Does it depend solely on the credit rating or is it like a 6 month-1 year thing?
best prices????
also, any great deals on unlocked phones would be great

switchable 850/1900 phone for TMo?
Is there a TMo phone that allows me to force roaming onto 850? When I was with Sprint, I had a Nokia flip that allowed forced Verizon roaming, regardless of Sprint strength. I'd LOVE to have that with TMo.
thanks! Mike Nassour
Need Help...T-mobile exchange policy on 2-year Flex pay!
I got the BB Pearl Flip yesterday, and while it is an amazing phone, I think I'd rather have the new Curve 8900....Does anybody know what their exchange policy is on the 2-year Flex Pay contract? Am I able to just take back the Pearl Flip and exchange it for the Curve 8900 and just pay the price difference and restocking fee? Please help me out, thank you so much! Loving the T-mobile service in my area btw! And the new BB OS kicks butt!
Call flow!
So i have a question....i recently called customer service for tmobile, i hadnt called in about two years, anywho, I noticed that the call had total lack of a pattern. The call didnt follow a perscribed path. Does tmobile have a call flow that reps should follow?
I am completely against call flows, but the reason i am wondering this is because i was working for sprint customer service, and i had to follow two pages worth of call flow. If anyone was caught not following they would announce that person on the intercom and ask why he/she did not follow the call flow. I remember i had to ask at the end of the call "If you were to be surveyed for customer satisfaction would you say i resolved your issue today".
And to state t...

Getting my ZINE unlocked
Later this year I am making a permanent move to New Zealand and since my Moto ZINE is quad band (fantastic phone btw), I would like to get it unlocked so that when I start my Voda service in Bay of Plenty.
Are there any requirements that I need to meet before I will get the subsidy code?
Cheers,
A soon to be new Kiwi.
Is Nokia E71 ever going to support T-mobile's 1700 mhz?
Anybody using Nokia E71-2 with T-mobile? I'm thinking on buying the phone on amazon (using gift card).
I'm thinking of waiting for a 1700mhz support but I browse around the internet and found no news about Nokia E71 supporting the frequency.
Also, I switch to prepaid and would like to know if T-mobile has a prepaid internet access card that I can buy or they have an internet access plan that I can used with my prepaid account.
No More: "No Cool Phones" Posts, Please!
Geeez! People, it's 2009, and most phones these days can do things a PC couldn't do twenty years ago. What are you really needing in a phone anyway?
I think the REAL problem is that most people want phones tailor made to suit their own likings. Well guess what? The phone features you want may not be what someone else wants, and the dilemma that phone manufacturers and wireless companies face is combining things together in a way that will appeal to the broadest possible audience.
Maybe someday phones can be custom ordered like cars and furniture. You would be able to select the color, style and features you want, and delete...
