Anybody a corporate or indirect T-Mobile employee in Columbus, OH?

Would you care to elaborate on the transpiring T-Mobile situation in that market?

I'm curious about details...

Hi,

I recently filled out an application online for a T-mobile management position. Would anyone have and insight, on how it is to work for t-mobile in general. Salary? Benifits?

Thank You!

Please help T-mo wing problem

Loyal t mo customer with 4 lines and about a $200 a month bill. I have a wing and am generally disappointed with can you guys help me figure out what my options are. I have insurance but thats a waist why pay $110 for a phone that constantly drops calls, losses messages on me and then delivers them whenever it wants, freezes up constantly.

is there any way I can get tmo to let me get a different phone? i would be more than happy to do a warranty claim or even an insurance claim but I don't want to have to pay all the shipping charges to get the same bogus phone? as it stand know I think I am going to cancel that line and just go down to 3 lines maybe go get a single line with a different carrier and take them for a test drive that would t...

Whys is everyone always disrespecting t-mobile ?

I've been a customer of t-mobile for 4 years now .Every carrier has problems ,but you guys customer service is the best of the best. I have both t-mobile and at&t and by far your reps always handle thing in a friendly professional manner . At&t has screwed up on my upgrade my bill and not to mention other things in reference to my service . In 4 years not one billing error now thats awesome in my book . You reps keep up the good work .

Thanks Happy T-mobile Customer

T-Mobile cought sleeping behind the wheel again

They introduced two new crappy phones, the crappy nokia and an even more crappy blast. No new services or plans. Nothing going on. Just go about their day and hope customers will just magically stay with them.
I don't know but it seems whey wait for AT&T to get all the cool phones and only then they wake up and try to get something decent. (eg. BB curve, Razr 2 and forget about the iPhone.)I think it is time for a new high end Nokia (symbian) maybe a cool sony..but nnnoooooo we will get the Samsung blast. YEP, just blast your customers to AT&T. For once I would like TMO to take the lead on something other than the nice PINK color they chose for their logo. Jeezzee they suck. AWWEEEAAEEEE. I feel like screaming.

WHY ARE TMOBILE PHONES SO CRAPPY?

I USE TO BE TMO CUSTOMER. I WAS WITH THEM FOR A YEAR. I LOVE THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE PLANS BUT THE PHONES SUCK! THE FIRST PHONE I HAD WAS A MAGENTA MOTO RAZR AND THE SECOND PHONE WAS A SAMSUNG...I CANT REMEMBER THE MODEL NUMBER. THEIR PHONES DON'T HAVE THE BEST FEATURES. RIGHT NOW THE ONLY PHONE I WOULD EVEN CONSIDER IF I WENT BACK TO TMO WOULD BE THE WING. TMO NEEDS FEATURED PACKED HANDSETS LIKE ATT.

Why do you have T-mobile?

i think T-mobile is a good company.

They started out with a tiny chunk of sprectrum and grew their business.

They found a niche in text messaging and messaging phones.

They have taken steps for compete with the "big 3" (buying lots of spectrum and also buying more spectrum in the form of Suncom)

your thoughts...

*T-Mobile Venting*

Everyone who reads this, please don't be offended, upset, or take it personally - I just want to get this off of my chest. Those of you who are reps can probably understand where I'm coming from - and customers, we truly do appreciate your business and loyalty - but please try to understand what I'm going to say.

I've had 2 cell phone companies in my day - U.S. Cellular and Verizon Wireless. I WORK for T-Mobile and I would absolutely LOVE to have their service, except I live in NC and theres no coverage or local numbers available here (Hopefully TM will back it to NC soon!) I was a customer w/ US Celluar for THREE YEARS - I never got a discounted phone [other than the one I got when I first began my service] and I NEVER complained about i...

T mobile violates law on customer privacy.

I received a call from a blocked number asking for someone I had never heard of ,when I told this to the caller he asked who I was,I replyed since I don't know him or who he was asking for, it didn't matter who I was and hung up.

Several minutes later I received another call with an out of state number showing ,and it was the same guy, this time he identified himself as a cop[he was] and demanded I tell him my name,I asked why,and he said a "profane call" to Mr.so and so ,had come from this number on such and such date .I told him I knew nothing of it ,nor the "victim" name he mentioned and said I was telling him nothing ,since at that point I had no idea if he was a cop or not.

An hour later he called back and repeated all of my info t...
