So both lines on my account are partially available for upgrade pricing. 1 line is up for full discount in January and the other in April. When I log in to MyTMobile my primary line - January - only shows\allows me to choose an upgrade at FULL price, whereas my 2nd line - April - gives me both options (Full and Partial Discount). I found this out because I went to a local store and they looked it up for pricing and said my primary line was not eligible, yet I knew I was close. I looked on-line and saw the same info so I have now called twice and have been told by CSR's that they will send it up and someone will call within 48 hours. I have a Nokia N-76 and so anxious to make my first video call. I am not willing to port to another carrier, so T Mobile, when are you getting video Calling? Are there any other carriers in the US with this feature?

TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. MAYBE THEY SHOULD SPEND MORE MONEY ON THE IT DEPARTMENT AND LESS ON GIVING PEOPLE $20 RAZR REPLACEMENTS THAT HAVE HAD SERVICE FOR TWO MONTHS.

Here is my dilemma:

I have had 3 HTC phones from T-mo (2 SDA's and 1 Dash) and the current Dash that I have is having the exact same issues as the previous 2: Spontaneously rebooting, shutting down and not rebooting, locking up, "ghost" alarms going off at random, even when the alarm function is turned completely off OR is set to no sound, etc. I've spoken to several reps, Blackberry/PDA people and hard reset the phone again and again and nothing fixes it. Hey, I'm a T-Mobile rep and I heard rumors that T-Mobile is projected to out-pace Sprint's customer base in Q1 or maybe even Q2 at the latest? (I heard that we were supposed to do it Q4 of this year, but it didn't happen) This would move us into becoming the third largest wireless carrier for the United States.

What have you heard?

I am looking for a phone with decent if not too loud ear piece volume. most phones I have tried are too weak or sound muddy. anyone have any suggestions. this is not limited to the phones that tmobile is offering. I am looking at any phone that supports their network. all help appreciated.

just bought 8320 with t-mobile.. look pretty good and i am very excited.

i have 2 lines - 1 with bb internet plan and other without bb internet plan

questions:-

1. can I use yahoo messenger and google talk in the phone using the home wi-fi network. I am able to use them on phone with bb internet connection but not the other phone using the wireless network at home.

2. Skype with the curve. I installed iskoot on both the phones. I can call any landline with skypeout but I am not able to call another online skype contact (on PC).. any help???

3. Any other browser that I can use instead of the default bb browser. I have read that the default browser is liited. I tried installing mine opera 4 beta but could not install on any of ...

The last high end Samsung T-Mobile has had is the E715 3 years ago. Every national carrier has high end Samsung phones. I realize T-Mobile is having problems with getting their 3G network up. I just wish A GSM version of the U900 Flip Shot would be made available!

Just picked up a Sidekick LX awhile ago hoping that would be awesome but it wasn't at all. I am now looking to sell it. Is there anything new as far as phones coming in the next month? I am not too crazy about the phones offered right now and hope there is more to come. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

My best friend is eligible for upgrade. Last night he was watching something that recorded on his DVR & the very final commercial was for TMo. He thought he saw a phone being advertised that was similar to my boyfriends phone, which is a Samsung U740 on VZW. I looked and I am not finding anything that has the dual hinge like that. Does TMO have anything upcoming that may be like this?

I may be getting a T-Mobile device tomorrow or later this week from my employer. From what I understand, it will be either a BlackBerry Curve or a Dash.

We use Microsoft Outlook/Exchange for e-mail, so I'm not sure which device it would be (aren't the two using completely different devices/servers?)

Anyway, I'm not sure if I exactly have a choice in this matter, but if I do, should I request the Curve or the Dash and does one of them have better signal strength than the other?

A friend of mine has T-Mobile now (Razr) and whenever he comes over, his phone never has service (or only one bar). So if one of those devices has a better signal than the other, I'd rather try to request that.

which version of skype did you use with BB curve 8320. I tried looking for skype for 8320 curve on the iskoot website but I couldnot find 8320 in that list. I found 8300 though... would that work fine??

I want to know how i can upgrade with out paying full price for the handset being that i'm a flexpay customer. I've read threads where people say if you print out the price of the handset off letstalk.com and take it to a T-Mobile corp store that they have to price match it?
