My Faves on a Treo 650!

Hi everyone I have a Treo 650(unlocked) that I use with my T-mobile account. Is there any way for me to install the myfaves software on it? If not, will it be possible in the near future or should I replace the best phone/PDA I've ever owned with the Pearl?

T-Mobile in Target.?

So I was in my local target today and they are starting to sell Verizon and T-Mobile phones. No one in electronics knew anything about them yet. In glass cases they had the T519, RAZR, and Nokia 6103 with price tags underneath them. Underneath the T519 was 190, Razr 200, and 6103 179. Do you think this is the without contract price.? I sure hope so.!

Upgrade ?

I have been a customer of Tmobile since 2002. In that time, I've upgraded my phone once. I upgraded my phone(samsung E715) in August of 2004. I've been wanting to upgrade to a phone with Bluetooth. When I called about upgrading, I was told by a Tmobile customer care rep that I wasn't eligible to receive the full discount on a phone upgrade. Her reasoning was because, I had upgraded my phone plan back in December of 2005 from a $29.99 plan to a $49.99 plan. And that I have to be on a plan of $39.99 or higher for 11 months or a plan of $19.99 or higher for 22 months to receive the full discount on a phone. Well, I could be wrong, but have I not met those qualifications with the last requirement of being on a plan of $19.99 or higher fo...

I cancelled sprint and moved to tmobile today

I got the blackberry pearl and I like it! I was out of contract with sprint and because I bought a phone at full retail price it 'reset' my new phone eligibility. Well last night I broke my phone and I am 10 days away from getting that $150 and of course sprint doesnt care. Oh well. If they dont care, I dont care. Everyone was telling to go to tmobile since its good in LA so here I am! I was thinking about that My fave plan--does anyone think its a good thing? I call about the same 3 people.

Personal Coverage Check Question

OK...after a slow morning I sold 2 T-Mo phones (a RAZR and a V195). Before the activation I did the PCC and found out that the customer has about 2-3 bars at his home. Would the phone work inside his house or would he get no signal? He said he had a friend with a Blackberry on Cingular and got 4 bars inside his house. Wouldn't this be the same?

Any thoughts/suggestions? I just hope that this customer doesn't come back due to the phones not working. He even said Verizon didn't work (ported numbers over).

Text Messages for Voicemail Alert??

I recently became a T-mobile subscriber and have an odd problem. My RAZR V3 and V3i notify me of new voice mails with text messages containing strange symbols (@, *, etc.) I don't get voice mail notification with these phones, only weird text messages. I tried a few different t-mobile SIM cards; all had the same result. Strange thing is the moto's only do this with a T-mobile SIM card inserted. If I use a Cingular SIM card I receive voicemail notification properly in both phones. How do I receive voice mail notification, rather than text messages when I receive a new voice mail? If it helps, both of my RAZR's are factory direct, unbranded (moto software installed), and unlocked. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

PS: T-mobile ...

Robert Dotson served me an egg roll

For the Stick Together rebranding kick off today, Robert Dotson was in our call center. We stood in line. I was in line for about 15 minutes, others for almost an hour, until Robert got here. He shook everyone's hand. We then gathered in the break room where he gave a speech about the rebranding and asked what were the hardest calls for tech to take b/c T-Mo doesn't have a good answer. There were things like getting replacements to customers quicker (we have a good option for that in the works), concerns about malfunctioning replacements, and dropped calls. He promised he'd take our concerns with him. He then got behind a serving table full of Panda Express Chinese food and dished out the egg rolls. We got plastic chop sticks that sa...

T-Mobile in NYC / Manhattan?

Any current subscribers to T-Mobile out there have stories/opinions/recommendations as to whether I should switch to tmobile as an NYC resident. I live in Manhattan, but frequently travel to the outer limits. If you've got it, how's it working for you?
