Realistic predictions...

What do you folks think the first post merger accouncement will be? Now, don't say, "Merge approved by FCC!"
I mean, "Nextel/Motorola/iDEN handsets now avail at all Sprint stores or Radio Shack" or something like that...

Sub growth for 1st and second quarter

1st quarter= 2.1 million
2nd quarter= 1.45 mill (1.25 million including affiliates numbers)

Looks pretty good for the top 3 carriers in the United States with total subscribers and sub growth for the 1st and second quarter and I will continue to look for this growth in the future. As you can see verizon did a lot better in the first and second quarter then cingular, while sprint/Nextel did better in the 1st and 2nd...

What is considered a Nextel affiliate?

I would like to know what an affiliate is. There is an authorized Nextel store in my city that sells only Nextel now but this is not a Nextel retail store. Is this an affiliate?

The Federal Communications Commission approved Sprint Corp.'s pending acquisition of Nextel Communications Inc., which will bolster Sprint's position as the industry's third-largest operator with more than 40 million subscribers. I have a question. I have the i58sr and would like to start using the i355. Will the sim card work in that phone?
