Motorola V600

Which BT headset would you guys recommend?

Anyone notice when the phone is at max volume on speaker and sounds a little distorted? or is it just my handset? is anyone else noticing that it sounds very distorted and kinda makes a rattling sound?

The comparisons are a year old but nonetheless they did review quite a few.

Does anyone know where I can get the v600 from at&t without uprading my plan, in the nj/ny area. I just want the phone for the retail price, not the plan.

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW OR WEE I CAN GET THE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SET UP MY V600 FOR TZONES?

ATTWS told me cant use voicedial not included in software/hardware yet MOTorola v600 supports it. BAD move by ATTWS. WHY limit the phones capabilities. While driving cannot hear voice call or dial. ATTWS does offer for 3.99 a month voice dial only. MY little att se68i had it. 😢 😡

Finally got the V600. Love it so far...but I do have some questions. Does anyone have any opinions on Blue Tooth Headsets. I have the Jabra FreeSpeak 250. I like it...but I have nothing to compare it to. Does anyone know if the Motorola one's are any better. Thanks In advance.

Plemix just dropped the price of the v600 from $515 to $424. I guess this is to compete with the retail price of $369.99 by AT&T. Ya gotta love competition.

Had a problem with my V600...wondering if n e of u guyz had the same problem..or can help me out...

If I set a specific ringtone (ie. mp3) to a specific contact in my phone, i will hear that ringtone when that contact calls me, AND when they send me a text message....Is there n e way to have a ringer ID for a person, but not have it go off when they send a text message, or vociemail ...Please help...thanks

Good Morning to all in the forum.. I have waited so long for the V600, that I actually gave up. I was so sure that it was never going to hit the market that I stopped looking or calling about it. I realize that it came out Monday and I placed my order, which is now on back-order....so I am waiting...

I just registered today but have been watching this forum for over 6 months now. I just recieved notice that the V600 was released today, called ATT store, went down there and bought it. I clicked the link in my email to buy the phone and it was offered for $199! I printed this out and the store matched the price, actually i bought two of them (for my wife and I). My store only had 20 of them and 13 had already been alocated for an outside buyer and the phones were not even out of the shipment box when I got there at 5:30 tonight, the salesmen had to enter them into the computer and get approval from his manager before he could sell it to me. WILL SOMEONE WITH THE AT&T VERSION OF THE V600 CONFIRM IF IT COMES FACTORY UNLOCKED OR DO U HAVE TO UNLOCK IT I HERD THE v400 comes unlocked as well as the V600

If you have an American-ized v600 (HK versions and euopean versions may not work with this until they have been flashed to US specs) you can go to NOKIA.com and have them send WAP and MMS settings to your phone. You have to choose your carrier and your phone (and the model you pick makes no difference) and enter your number. they send the settings to your phone. It's possible that you might be the 10th out of 10 that it doesn't work for, not to worry, it does no damage to your phone and you're where you started from, simply with your settings not working. For those who have HK or European versions, depending on your carrier, you may have no choice but to flash it with new software to enable you to browse and use multimedia messages.

How do i custumize the color light to go with a group i cant figure it out

can someone answer? i could of sworn i read that the V600 can make a 10sec video clip? is this true? or can it just DOWNLOAD video?

For those who have unlocked their AT&T V600 phones, how did you do it? Is there a kit or software?

One has to take whatever hot_md_guy says with a big scoop of salt, especially since we all know he is an AT&T attack dog.

I personally dislike AT&T due to bad customer service experiences in the past with their other businesses. I have no experience with ATTWS, but when I inquired about GSM service at a store, the Manager told me they had received a lot of complaints about signal strength/service in my area. She wanted me to sign up for their TDMA service. Not!

I have since signed up with T-Mobile and their signal strength/service is excellent. They are leaving ATTWS in the dust in pricing and customer service. If ATTWS was so great how come they've been sold?

Just wondering when ATT is going to carry it. On this site it said Tenative now it just says ATT. Is it in there line yet because i cant find it.
