Motorola V600

AT&T, Verizion, Cingular, Nextel.

They ALL suck. Every one of them has places where reception stinks. Every one of them isn't offered in some area across the country or the other. They all have some clueless customer support individuals answering the phones and they all will try and get as much money out of you as possible.

Pick a provider you dislike the least, stick with them and be happy!

Personally I've been with AT&T, Nextel, T-Mobile and Cingular all when I lived in various parts of the country. I can complain about them all pretty much equally!

Does anyone know when Cingular will start celling the V600 now that its out for ATT?

I have my browser settings working great, but I still cannot send any picture messages. Anyone have any ideas, I have seen the MMS postings on here but I dont know where to put that info?

I tried it again this morning and now it worked - I got a message saying that I would be notified in 2-4 weeks if I qualify.
I don't have my phone yet but the ATT CS person was able to give it to me once it shipped out. When I tried it yesterday it kept saying my phone didn't qualify...I can't wait until noon (when FedEx arrives)!

It has finally arrived... 😁 The V600 is now offered on the ATT Wireless phone web page. The wait is over!

how much was the desktop charger? (did u order it from att too?)

Apparently it is available for order. I asked the rep 3 times whether it was the v600. Begin shipped via FedEx. 299.00 2yr.

Retail store had no info on the phone.

Can't seem to transfer music/pics to the phone using a Belkin bluetooth dongle. First of all, Mobile PhoneTools refuses to discover the phone at all. And if I try to send a file through the OBEX File transfer, it says "Creating FTP Connection", searches for a bit, and then "Error Establishing Connection" pops up. The computer and phone are paired just fine- the computer sees the phone, and the phone sees the computer. Don't know what i'm doing wrong. Help! ☹️

when i called customer service and asked about the v600 they said it was 249.99 with a 2 year contract and 299.99 with a 1 year contract. how did you get the price down to 199.99??

I have had AT&T v600 for less then 12 hours and has the same flaw as my T720, it goes blank for 30 seconds and then reboots. The phone is nice and the reception is good, but if this keeps occurring then it is back to Nokia.

Does anyone out there have Cingular and subscribes to Fast Forward?
For some reason the V600 doesn't work with it.
I spoke to a number of people at cingular, and they don't have a clue.
Any help???

I just ordered the phone through Attws custoner service. I got it for $159. It was cheaper through customer service than trhough NBO who tried to charge me 299. I think people should try through regular customer service to order. They said of you have been a customer for at least a year they can get it to you for $159 taxes included. And to think I almost bought this phone unlocked from a little mom and pop store for for $650. Wow. 😁

just got done placing my order and thanks to this website i saved 100 bucks because i told him what u guys told me to say so i got the phone for 199 w/2 year and im just gonna cancel as soon as i get my phone and unlock it for Tmobile 😉 Thx again guys

Anybody have this phone in NYC or Long Island? How would you compare the reception on this phone vs the ones you have been using? Thanks

Talked to the att manager today at the store nearby and after we went in the back and made mad passonite.... lol jk well she said they were pushin the phone back to friday and its already confirmed it will be there by friday no later... :-( 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡

Markmy that was great what you did put out there step by step the Cingular web settings ,
for some people its somewhat confussing to do that setup (myself included)

Is there any body that has the same information setup for T-Zones ( T-Mobile) would really apreciate the help???

I have a S-E T616 that I got a few weeks ago, since that time I bought a Solitaire game via mMode. Now that I'm getting my new V600 - ATT CS I'm out of luck and can't transfer the game over...I have to buy it again...does that make sense?
