49.99 after $50 MIR

Okay so I need some advice.
I want a new phone (have the old rumor)
I know everything there is to know (so far) about the pre, and I know the lotus pretty well (friend has one).
The PRE is the obvious choice here, but I'm impatient and don't know what I'm going to be willing to pay for a new phone, and anyone that's heard about the PRE can tell its not gonna be cheap.
So I'm lookin for advice. Wait for the PRE and get a monumental phone, or stick to the basics, get my upgrade now, and get the lotus?

Does anyone have any idea when Sprint will get some decent touch phones, from Sanyo, Samsung, or even Blackberry? Seems like all the other carriers are much more advanced with handsets than Sprint. The HTC is bit big and has a very bad reliability record. Any gossip on this would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone seen it? Does it have a larger screen and a brighter screen? Better camera? Those were why I did not get it.

Ok my wife and I are making the switch...we are tired of over paying for service...that really is our only complaint.

we are nervous about coming over...havent pulled the trigger yet. we want to get some feedback from folks...are you happy with sprint? is the coverage that much different?

I am currently a Verizon customer and feel as though Verizon service isn't that great in Chicago as compared to the east coast.

How is Sprint service in Chicago? I am considering making the jump especially with the Palm Pre coming out.

with the millions of customers and texts , does sprint save each one "REGULAR" consumers send , not ones on gov't issued phones.

I think that would be incred hard to do ...

and does that go against the 4th amendment...

I'm confused. People are saying there mms is working? I have three blackberry and with me sending the mms with pictures looks right. but when the other person gets it says you have picture mail click on the link to view it. Is this how are mms is suppose to work. Or are people able to see it like other carries mms. Please help. thanks

I've been with Sprint for several months now, and am still very pleased with Sprint. All you ever hear is how bad Sprint is, and that couldn't be further from the truth. I get great service in my area, most likely due to living in a larger city, so coverage is great.

I recently went home for the holidays, my parents live in a small town, and I still had good service. I will admit there were some spots that service was sporadic and spotty, but for the most part my phone managed to keep a bar.

I helped my friend move from her parents home, the house was beyond nowhere, and when I got there, my phone rang, I was surprised but I had service still, it kept service except a few times where I was in the basement.

I know people ask this everyday but it has been a while since I have been on. I am looking for a new phone from Sprint and I was thinking about the instinct. Now I have played with the iphone and the touch screen blackberry..... does the instinct compare at all? Is it good for texting? I have gone and looked at it but you can never get the feel for it unless you use it so I just want the opinion of people that use it and have it and people that work at sprint. If you don't recommend it than what do you recommend. I don't really need the Internet part of it but I like a phone that can do a lot and will last. Thanks for the advice.

Before people get the wrong impression, I am very grateful to have a job currently in this economy, but this is just getting to be too much.

So, at our morning meeting today, our manager (who's last day is today) informed us of some new stuff that our regional manager is going to enforce. The one thing that he said that really just blew my mind was a new thing around C-sat that we already have about 20 different policies for. Any one that has walked into a sprint store recently knows that we have to talk to you about the surveys, and confirm the fives.

Now it turns out that our regional manager wants the person with the lowest C-sat for the month, to wear a sign. This sign, which i imagine is at least an 8x12 sheet of paper, is go...

How does an ex employee get the W-2 from sprint? I moved and didn't report my new address over 6 months ago. So is there a website or a number I could dial? I used to work in Rio Rancho call center.
