Customer Service - Store vs. Phone
I am kinda hoping to change to the Family Message plan. 1500 minutes is way overkill (only use 220 max per month). What is the chance that they would throw in data on one line?
Am I best off going into a Sprint location, or calling on the phone?
If I go in do I talk to anyone in particular or just the regular counter guy?
If I call do I speak with the retention dept., or just any customer service person?
I am also a credit union member. Who and where do I make the contact for that?
Thanks for your help!
99 unlimited, great value?

Blackberries
My question is, Im out of contract now with Sprint and elgible to upgrade phones and was looking upgrading to a Blackberry, but after looking at the blackberry site I see the Bold and the Curve 8900. Is the Curve 8900 coming to Sprint that anyone is aware of?
I sure do not want to upgrade and after 30 days find out they are coming out with a newer model and be stuck with a older one or pay full price to get one.
Thanks!
Any employees affected by the 32 hour schedule???
I was curious how employees were making out with full time hours dropped to 32 from 40.I know its not in effect for every store and I know the company has to make these changes happen to ensure survival. However, at the same time employees have rent, credit cards and other bills that will be affeced by the difference in hours. I'd like to know if you were affected at all or still working a full 40 hour schedule?
To sprint employees.
A good example is our store. Advanced Exchange. Customers have a phone that is messing up and want one that day. We are a small store with almost no inventory. So I create an order and the phone is on backorder and we also have zero in stock. I apologize to the customer and explain that we are a small store and cannot even offer a new phone. I tell him I understand he is upset but he still may get an automated call from sprint asking how my service was in...

Sounds legit from the reader comments. Does anyone working for Sprint know anything about this? I have a laptop card that I was just about to unload and pay the ETF but this looks promising.
Any quick tips for panel interview?
Advice?
I want to get the Lotus
Cheapest I can find it through sprint is 159.99.
In looking online the typical 3rd party guys (I.E. wirefly etc.) I'm seeing it as cheap as a penny with 2 year contract.
I don't mind signing up again but I don't want to do a number change, had mine forever.
I'm not opposed to adding a line so my brother can have his first cell phone, but I want the new phone.
If I were to add a line through wirefly and get the discounted lotus would anyone give me a hard time transfering the lotus to my number and the rumor to the new one?
Anyone have experience in it?
Hiring Freeze?
Discount Question
They offerred me 10% discount per month to resign for 2 years.
I have not called the credit union yet, is it one or the other, or will both discounts apply?

New Customer How do I Handle This?
I called Sprint Monday and they said my credit was approved, gave me a confirmation number. By the time the Pre comes out I'm afraid that could change.
Can I sign up now and somehow defer the start of my contract?
If I switch now I will need a phone that has Telenav (for work). I have a gps puck I use with the Flip and Mapquest Navigator.
But I want the contract price for the Pre, and can't afford to pay full price for a new Sprint BB, and an ETF to Tmo.
