Expanding Service?

Does anyone know when Sprint will be expanding the Qchat phone area? I have been told several different times already, and it still does not work in my area yet. Thanks

The Sanyo Characters

Does Sanyo still put the little creatures on the phone? Like on the 8300 I had there was a little big foot kangaroo that would walk back and forth across the screen. I know, its a silly question but I'm just curious. 🤣 🤣 🤣

Rant vs. Lotus

I was at best buy today, and I liked the Rant and Lotus. I didnt think I would like the LG Lotus since its small, but the buttons were actually not that small when I used it.

What would you get? Or should I wait a while?

I have LG Fusic which is on its way out. I have never really had good luck with Samsungs as the speaker quality always sucked...but those were with Cingular.

Any suggestions.

Lotus, Rant or BB Curve?

So I made up my mind...I will be going with Sprint instead of TMobile. I like Sprint's network better and they offer more services than TMobile. Anyway, I really can't decide on which phone I want. I've heard great things about all 3 listed in subject line. My coworker has the Samsung Rant in Red which is the one I originally thought about getting before she even purchased it. 🙄 She loves it. She said the battery life is excellent. We work a 10 hour shift and by the end of the night she still has 3 bars of power left and she is always texting and surfing the web. Does the Lotus and BB Curve have a pretty decent battery life? That is really important to me because I currently have the Helio Fin and the battery life sux so hard! ...

Is anyone else having issues with Sprint TV on a BB?

I have a blackberry curve 8330 and everytime I try to access Sprint TV I get an error message that states:

The servers certificate could not be trusted, Do you wish to continue?

I can try to press continue all I want and the error just keeps popping up. I had a customer try to access this feature on her Pearl and she was getting the same treatment. Then I contacted Tech Support and went through the whole deleting the program and reinstalling, editing permisssions, and soft reset. None of which have corrected the issue. I sorta think that what the error is telling me is that Sprint has let their certificate expire, but not totally sure. Any ideas/advice? Thanks

Upgrade Now, or wait?

Ok,

I have an LG fusic, which in my opinion is the best phone I have had. It is the first LG phone I have ever had as I previously always had samsung flip phones.

However, the battery is going as it needs to be charged more frequently and the phone frequently just shuts off while I send text messages.

Are there any LG phones coming out in the near future? Any with a qwerty keyboard or touch screen? I do like the samsung rant, but it seems to bit heavy and i have had bad experiences with samsungs. I do not like the camera or screen quality on the LG Rumor.

Thanks

Are Sanyo phones still Sanyo?

I know that Sanyo was bought out some time ago, my question is how many models rolled out after that were still a Sanyo? I have an M1 right now and want to replace it with another Sanyo but nothing looks good right now. Anything coming out and if so would you consider it a Sanyo or a Kyocera phone? Thanks 😁

Can’t believe I’m doing this…

For the longest time I would wear the Kool-Aid mustache with pride. Some may call it nothing more than Stockholm syndrome because I worked for the company, either way I liked Sprint. Data speeds were great, call quality was sub-par at best but I never talk on my phone so I was able to look past that. Plus I have an amazing plan that is very hard to give up. I have gone several years with Sprint with out too many problems. Yes there were billing errors and such (once they charged a 600 dollar phone to my account that I had already paid for in cash) but no company is without fault. Now I have a major problem and I can’t get any help. I have a 6800 Mogul (I know I know, throw all the comments you want about it being a piece of crap)...

Corporate Store Closings

Any word yet on how many and which corporate stores are going to be closed. The rumors I have been hearing is around 3 are closing in my area. Just can't understand Sprints thinking as they want to have customers deal directly with the stores for problems instead of calling.

New Phones

Are there any new touch screen affordable phones coming out soon?

If not, how is the Samsung Rant? My LG fusic is on its way out and I need a replacement.

differences in upcoming Instinct?

How is the new Instinct going to be different than the original? Longer battery life, hopefully? Here's what I just saw online:

... (in early January) a pink version of the Samsung Instinct, which is said to cost around $449.99. This mobile could create quite a bit of stir as well, set to become one of the devices that will make Sprint happy, should we consider the pink version’s success.

In addition, this Samsung will be featuring a full touchscreen with haptic feedback, EVDO Rev A data speeds, a custom touch user interface and capabilities such as TV Music, Navigation and LiveSearch. On top of all this, the mobile has a 2 Megapixel camera and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Technically speaking, the device is pretty impressive, featurin...
