Damnit. We need sprint!!!

Without sprint how would anyone with bad credit get a contract phone.

Without sprint how would drug dealers communicate on a prepay ptt.

Without sprint how would we learn to create confusing bills.

Without sprint we would not get the joy of hearing how great their network is when anyone that's known someone that has had sprint knows its network sucks.

Without sprint who would we make fun of, t-mobile...that just wouldn't be fair.

Question About Transferring MP3 Files From Computer to Phone

I have a Moto V950 and I recently tried to transfer MP3 files on my computer to my micro SD card.

The problem I'm having is that even though I put the files in the "music" folder of the media card, I must go through a series of menus under my file manager screen to access and play these files. In other words, I can't simply use the outside keys to pull up the play list, although once I get the files there, the control keys and player work fine.

Where am I going wrong? Is it essential to use a data cable and music transfer program to correctly do this, or is there a way to drag and drop from my computer directly to the card?

Okay, need some help

I have sprint. I have the simply everything plan. I need a new phone. I don't want to extend my contract so I'm buying a phone outright. Price isn't really an issue, I strictly want some opinions.
I text 5000+ times per month. I need a phone that is easy to text with.
I have the LG Rumor. It wasn't bad but to be totally honest I didn't like the long travel for my thumbs on the QWERTY keyboard so I never used it.
I like flip phones but hate the flat molded keys that are associated with most flip (like RAZOR keys. This is due to my high text volume.
Of course call quality and bluetooth capabilities are a big deal, but I think most new phones are pretty good about it.
I use email but its just hotmail so no big. I hate blackberries.
If any...

Google Maps

Is the google map application still available to download besides the Blackberry and Palm phones. It appears that sprint phased out that application so people had to use the Sprint Navigator instead. I preferred using Google maps because it was quicker and more reliable. Sprint Navigator takes too long and can not find me most of the time. I used to have google maps on my sanyo 9000, sanyo M1, and sanyo katana dlx. Anyone have any idea what i am talking about? From your phone, type in google.com/gmm on the URL and see if you have any luck and let me know which model you are using. Im looking to upgrade to the LG Lotus, i hope i can get google maps on there.
Thanks for your help.

Out of sheer boredom...

Here's some fun poked at all the carriers:

Verizon Wireless "Can you hear me yet?"
Sprint "The 1985 Network"
AT&T "More Dropped Calls in More Places"
T-Mobile "Stick to your other carriers"
U.S. Cellular "We disconnected you"
Nextel "Put us out of our mercy"
Tracfone "We own your soul!"

Preparations & Key Initiatives for 2009 Inauguration

--------------------------------------------- -----------------------------------

WHAT: The upcoming historic Presidential Inauguration is an unprecedented event for the Nation's Capitol. More than four million people are planning to attend the Presidential Inaugural Ceremony on Jan. 20, 2009 and given the enormity of this event, communications will play a key role for everyone involved in the planning of the event and for those attending.

Sprint to move forward with job cuts following VSP

It looks like Sprint’s Voluntary Separation Probgram (VSP) we scooped last month didn’t quite have the impact the company had hoped for. Surprising that employees didn’t jump at the opportunity to leave their jobs as the unemployment rate in this country continues to skyrocket. The deadline for Sprint employees to express interest in the VSP was this past Wednesday and just six days later, Sprint CFO Bob Brust began speaking publicly of impending company-wide job cuts at the UBS annual media and communications conference. Not good.

The philosophy has to be that a company never went out of business because it took too many costs out. A company goes out of business because you didn’t take enough costs out. As you take co...

Sprint does not get it!!!

What smartphones do they have? IPhone no that is AT&T. BlackBerry Storm no that is Verizon. HTC G1 no that is T-Mobile. BlackBerry Bold no that is AT&T. So what does Sprint have? Sprint does not have an exclusive phone or a phone that is a must buy. Sprint does advertise HTC Touch Pro (an okay phone) but they do not have any in stock. Verizon has them in stock. My contract only comes up once every two years. What am I to do? Buy a smartphone that has been on the market for 6 months to a year.
I do not think so. Hello Verizon for another 2 years or maybe AT&T.

Important Message from Mr. Hesse.

Hello there! My name is Dan Hesse, I'm the CEO of Sprint. I SAID, I AM THE CEO OF SPRINT! Thank you. Ok, I am here to tell you about our NOW network. We have the nation's largest and fastest 3G network (thanks to Verizon!) and to show you how committed we are to serving you, we are offering you free service for a year when you sign up for a two-year agreement. And, to sweeten the pot, we will give you any phone with a bluetooth headset for FREE!

At Sprint, we want you to know that despite what you've been hearing, we are not desperate for your business. So we've lost a few million customers, no big deal. Sprint has over 500 million customers in the country, which beats Verizon and AT&T anyday. So come to one our few remaining Sprint store...
