Does anyone know when we are supposed to get our phones????

Between the systems being down ALL THE TIME and the tech support reps that don't know much now (at least the last one I had). Im soo tired of gettin constantly bitched at by customers by something I have no control over it's ridicolous. Then again, that's any carrier. ☹️

I bought the new VE20 but the store said they recieved an email stating return all hand sets due to a company recall. Has anyone heard of this and if so what do I do with mine?

Keeps being pushed back, 1st was the 28th of Aug, then the 2nd of Sept, now Q3?

So I called tech support yesterday...the Vision deck on my phone just isn't there...I get the same error message for every item on the "my account" menu that I select. No biggie, poop happens, right? So after I'd already told the rep that I'd turned the phone off & on, deleted the browser cookies and restarted the browser (all the usual tricks, right?) she changed my username. Well, in the process she took off my Power Vision Access Pack and re-added the Vision Pack. I really can't blame her for this...she works in tech support and not CS and just might not have noticed the slightly different names of the plans. I finally quit my contract with t mobile!!!!!!!! yes!!!!! and i switched to sprint. i purchased an upstage. i think sprint kills t mobile soooo much because they have a sprint music store and they have live tv on my phone and like all of this stuff! so yeah.... in my opinion i think sprint kills at&t, (i used to be with them), t mobile (i used to be with them), and verizon wireless (i used to be with them also). in my opinion i think sprint so far is the best service provider. and # 2 is verizon wireless. they are pretty good i used to have them in 2006 with a black lg chocolate. but i think sprint is the best service provider and verizon is the second best, then at&t and then t mobile. t mobile sucks!

Hey you guys, the anticipation is killing me, i didnt get the instinct, basically Im waiting to see how the HTC Diamond, and HTC Touch Pro look, or the full stats. According to phonearena, the diamond comes out in 3days. And the touch Pro comes out like a month later. Is that true?? Just wanna knw 4 sure. Then i'll decide to get either the Instinct, Diamond, or Pro. Thanx in advance fellow sprint users!!!! 🤤 LoL

OK here is my problem:

When I try to check my balance, minutes, plan details, content manager, messaging, dialing codes, web access...you get the idea...ANYTHING on the "My Account" menu from the Vision deck on my phone, I get "The page you requested has expired. Please clich "Home" to continue." This doesn't happen on my husband's phone. I called tech support about it after I'd already cleared the cookies, restarted the browser, taken the battery out...all the usual stuff. Tech support changed my username (and then walked me thru doing it myself from the 3G setup screen on my phone) and that didn't solve it either. They created a trouble ticket...but since the call center I reached has an in-house trouble department, there is no tic...

I bought the LG LX400 Q Chat Phone off of ebay and received it in the mail today. It's not for sale in my area yet, so that's why I bought it off of ebay. The screen quality stinks, but the sound of ringer downloads, and the speed of the phone menu is awesome! I'm pleased. BUT, my DC (Qchat) doesn't work yet. I called when activating the phone and they gave me a DC number, but my phone will not connect to the DC service. Dumb question, but I'm guessing its because the phones are not for sale in my area yet, so the service isn't available? Does anyone know when it will reach SC yet? I'm an hour from Atlanta, and they have it already.

So we got a new service and repair DM who informed us that our stores are using the advanced exchange method too much when we're ordering phones through TEP. So she told us we have to teach ourseleves how to be technitions and work on Sprint phones ourselves. If we don't cut the number in half of what were doing now for phones then we're getting the ability to order phones taken away from us all together. WTF how are we supposed to teach ourselves to do this..trial and error?! Breaking a couple phones first would certaintly look good to our customers! I think Sprint should at least send a tech out to teach us this since we have no idea how to take apart Sprint phones and replace LCD screens,keyboards,etc on them!! There is such a thing calle...

Hello I just found out I am able to get my 150 upgrade credit with sprint and I am looking into getting a new phone. After doing a little research I found that what I am looking for is a phone with a SDIO slot (so I can plug in a 802.11 adapter). Well the only phone I have found so far that sprint has is the Motorola G9c. I don't have anything against this phone but was wondering if anyone knows of any other Sprint phones that have the SDIO slot? I know I could go with one of the palms to have built in 802.11 but they are a good 100 bucks more expensive. Any advice? Any thoughts on the G9c? Thanks in advance.

I have a palm centro and I downloaded facer pro how do I make it stay on facer pro because everytime i hit the home key it goes back to the default and I am not a very happy camper 👿

Just had a few questions because ive been looking at the htc diamond which is the phone im most likely to get.

is rev A faster than 3G? Because i used my girls iphone and ive used and instinct. it was the original iphone and it was much faster than the instinct. so im guessing installing the 3G on a phone would make it a hell of a lot faster. concluding that 3G is much superior.

can it be said that a windows phone is inferior to an iphone when comparing the web browsing. ive heard that window devices freeze often. things like this make me second guess my purchasing of the diamond.

Okay I got it Tuesday and as of today it is passing my test great phone out performing my old Katana 6600 if only the battery was better and I could figure out the SD card.. If any one can tell me what I'm not see bad please share will me before my 30 days are up.

I don't know how many of you guys do advanced exchanges and e-tickets, but I'm getting really agitated with this whole warehouse mix up. Usually the phones take 3-5 business days and now its 2 weeks. I had one customer who tried to report our store because we couldn't get thier phone in faster. I think i've been yelled at at least 10 times this week. I really hate customers sometimes 👿
