I bought a Touch phone in March with the unlimited plan, back then I was told all of the missing options (GPS, Sprint Radio,etc.) would be available "soon". Well now it is September and I am tired of waiting for soon. The final straw was that there is no NFL mobile live for this phone, they even took it off of the available features for the phone. Last month the screen crapped out on the phone, the sent me a refurbished phone with a cracked case, then it took 3 hours at a Sprint store to find out I needed to wait a week for another phone, this one the back doesn't fit properly. The past two weeks I've been experiencing dropped calls while driving in areas that I normally never, ever do. Its been pretty frequent and its definitely not an RF issue with my phone. The areas I've been in have been far enough away from downtown that I didn't think would be effected by the DNC. Something going wrong with the tower hand-offs I think but not sure. Anyone in CO experience this too?

This is the first time my phone broke.

My Sumsung Ace is not charging anymore and as usual I don't have insurance on it. I usually don't get insurance because I never use the same phone for more than a year.

My question is for those who ever deal with manufacturer warranty. Is it a good idea or should pay the $120 and get a new phone from Sprint?

I am an indirect dealer and i use a system called Sprint, Nextel Activation Program (S.N.A.P). Well for the past 3 weeks, every credit check i run comes up as 0 lines avail., forcing me to call Sprint Credit Center. Out of the 31 credit apps weve run weve had 18 $500 deposits, 9 $200 deposits, and 4 no service avail.. How the f(k am i supposed to sell when i cant physically sell???? ne 1 else have this prob? The only commision im pulling at this point is upgrades, and accessories.Bs

Just heard a nasty rumor that the Diamond training for Sprint employee's has been postponed! Does anybody know how that affects the Sept 2nd launch? Or like every Sprint device, other than the Instinct, will it be delayed by a month or so? If it is delayed a month it would be a shame because Verizon will most likely launch theirs in the beginning of Oct....I bet they won't postpone it! If anyone know anything about this please share!

That plan will work with my phone choice, correct?

I'm going to get temporary numbers to make sure reception is fine at my new apt, what is the port dept number?

By getting temp numbers then porting in my verizon numbers, will I have to do something else to have my DC working again?

Will DC be working right out of the store?

Is there only one number for voice and DC now?

Is Sprint Nav powered by telenav? And is that included free in my plan along with Data, Text, TV, correct?

I thought this information would be helpful for anyone that complains that the battery life on the Treo 800W is bad. Palm just released a software update to fix this issue, at least that what they hope. I just downloaded it on my 800W but only time will tell if it works.
