Sprint sux?

a lot of people complain about how bad there service is and how ****ty of a job were doing sprint as a whole... but theres always the few out there that are never happy with anything, like if they go out to dinner and something is made wrong, or things just dont go how THEY want them to... we call them "whiney little bitches"...
ok so you were pampered all your life and everything was given to you... the moment things dont go your way, theres no need to FLIP OUT... we do the best we can, i think no matter what providor you have, theres always going to be issues, were only human, we make mistakes!!
go to verizon or cingular and see if you dont have some kind of issue?!?! if you dont like your providor switch... most likely its not us, ...

SPRINT MESSED UP!!!! (and very quickly and politely corrected the problem)

I just got my bill in my e-mail and it had an extra $75 charge on it so i used one of the CS numbers the good employees on this forum supplied to get through without any hold time at all. The lady spoke english ๐Ÿ˜ and quickly figured out that somehow during my last CS call over a month ago my powervision pack got removed. She reinstated it and backdated it so that i will not get charged for the data overage ๐Ÿ™‚ all told it took about 10 min and the only time i spent on hold was about a minute while i waited for her manager to sign off on the whole thing! I was going to try and get a something free cuz they screwed up but they were so cool i didnt' have the heart to try ๐Ÿ™‚
Thanks guys CS is really improving for me

Returning the VE20 - Yean, help?

Not worty 99.00.

The call volume was so low compared to my LG.

Just sent it back. The call volume was horrible. They are sending me a box to send it back. One question...they said my contract was already extended to Aug 2009 when i ordered this phone. I never activated it, they said it will automatically revert back to my old contract once they get the phone back. Is this true?

Why doesn't Sprint support MMS?

So, in another thread I was discussing why
Sprint makes you access your picturemail online. I know it's because Sprint doesn't have native MMS, but why not?

QUESTIONS

Right off the top I will say I am a Technical Support rep with VZW and I am not here to bad mouth Sprint; I am just curious on a couple of things.

1) If Sprint is so great and their service, coverage area, and prices are great why are you guys losing customers?

2) If VZW is so expensive and we are the evil "red machine" why do we have the most add ons and the best churn rate in the industry?

3) What was the reasoning for Sprint to cancel customers' accounts for calling into Cusotmer Service too much? How was it taking those calls?

Just ordered my Motorola VE20

Somehow, Sprint customer service said I was eligible for an upgrade, even though the store says not till November.

Because I am a business customer the guy said, i got the phone at a 2 year price on a 12 month contract?

Not sure, but the guy sounded knowledgable so who knows. I am very excited.

My fusic phone is starting to go.

Treo Pro for GSM only !!!!!

Com'on Sprint & Palm.. Why insulting your devoted customers, and betraying them too!!! I realize that both models, the 800w & Pro have almost same specs but the Pro has the better battery, 3.5 mm headphone jack and faster processor, not to mention the sleek looks!!! Why releasing it only for GSM?? Why not for CDMA too?? Can someone please explain the logic & fairness from all this!!!!

Has anyone ever noticed???

any one who works in this industry..... have you ever noticed this is the only industry around were people have the cojones to come to a store and say i have been a customer for nine years and have paid my bill every month and i want the 400 dollar phone for free or I'm canceling. My point is can you go to McDonald's and say i have eaten here for the past nine years now i want free food, can you call your cable company and say the same thing and DEMAND free cable, can you go to a mortgage company and DEMAND a free house, no so what makes this industry any different? Can anyone provide a logical explanation cause i have yet to figure one out.

Is Sprint a good carrier to use?

I am currently a Verizon customer. I tested the Sprint network recently with a Treo 800w. My experience was disappointing. I had the unlimited plan (A great idea). I also liked being able to force EVDO Rev. A. However I found the following issues:
1. Coverage was not as good as Verizon.
2. Voice Clarity was inconsistent, great sometimes and then poor others.
3. The Treo 800w was supposed to be able to be used as a modem, it didn't work. I called Sprint and they said some kind of coding was not completed and tethering would not work until the code changes were completed. They had no idea about timing.

Needless to say I canceled the Sprint Service and I am returning the phone. What are your objective opinions about Sprint qual...
