Thank you Sprint =)

I know nowadays, all you ever hear is how bad Sprint is, and blah blah blah,

Well I just switched from AT&T, I moved to another area in the State, where AT&T coverage wasn't that great, so I was regretting the thought of going back to Verizon, or U.S. Cellular, but once I finally got moved in, I found a Sprint location in town, and I was excited. So I ended my AT&T contract and went into Sprint.

The sales people were really nice, they stood there while I decided on a phone, they even helped me pick out which plan would be best for me. I've got great service, so far I've had full service everywhere, even in my apartment, where when I had AT&T(when I first moved in) I didn't even get service.

All I can say is, Thank You Sprint,...

Cancelled Account

I recently cancelled my Sprint account and am wondering what kind of charges I am in for. (Had 2 yr contract cancelled after 14 months). I tried asking customer support but got the run around saying that I needed to wait for the billing cycle to complete. Am I stuck for a complete last month or do they pro-rate from the day I cancel and also what is their ETF? It seems like they don't pro-rate those but I know they recently lost that court case. Any help would be appreciated so I can make sure I don't get overcharged as they are notorious for trying to do.

HELP - FACEBOOK - login question

OMG - please help. I have uninstalled facebook probably 20 times, rebooted as many times. I registed my phone again. I searched blackberry's website for an answer, but I still can't figure out the problem.

I have a facebook account that I'm able to access through my computer with NO problems. I use the same email and same password for Facebook on my blackberry and it's telling me "The email/password combination you entered was incorrect" - I feel like throwing this phone in the trash right now.... URRRRR!! I don't know what else to do to fix the problem.

Any suggestions on what may be wrong? I welcome any advice.

Before you tell me to read the manual - I've done that. I've searched Blackberry website for answers.... no succ...

Customer Care - How do I reach someone without an accent?

I need to speak with customer care and so far everyone I've reached has had a strong accent. This makes it harder for me to understand them, and presents language barriers.

I please need for you to post or privately contact me with a direct number or something like it for customer care that would help me.

I dunno if this bothers anyone else in any way shape or form, but I've been a sales rep for sprint for 2 years now and I'm a little peeved about some new stuff going on with the company. Alright here it goes, sales rep = I sell phones and make money, if i dont sell anything I dont get anything besides my hourly. So then Sprint rolls out red carpet service alright I understand help the customers more so theyre happy I think I can handle that. So now im a Sales Rep/Customer Service stay with me here. So thats going good I suppose, THEN they roll out "Ready Now" which is basically we have to deal with technical issues with the phones. Soooo now I'm a Sales Rep/Customer Care/Technical Support all rolled into one. And here's the kicker I don't ge...

it's getting serious now

is there some kind of religious like doctrine at sprint stores that states to never notate an account? 10 calls today from customer stating they were quoted something and there are no notes supporting it... not that they were misquoted just the same:

acct accessed, store number, rep id #

are the stores seriously so lazy they are willing to lose hundreds of thousands of customers rather than take 2 minutes and right something down?

btw 9 of the 10 customers I had to trans to retentions... Eff you stores

Does anyone have the $30/mo data plan (incl. premium tv) and PAM? Is there a way to watch the premium tv on your pc?

FREAKING LOVE THE CURVE, BUT.......

I exchanged my Eclipse for a Curve lastnight and freaking love the thing. It is way better than past BB's I've owned. But, why the freak can't you send picture mail other than email only, and why can't you download ringers from sprint's digital lounge? I was really hoping you would be able to do these things with the new Curve. Do you think there will be an over the air upgrade to the software to allow these two things?

Text Problems

Ok, so I have an issue.

I used to get text alerts from my local sports team announcing news, scores, etc. Then all of a sudden they stopped. The team fixed the text alerts, but I still do not get them. My brother who is on my plan does get them.

At one point, i sent the word STOP to the teams text # to stop them, then re signed up. Is sprint blocking these texts now or something? When I re sign up I get a text from the team saying I signed back up...but the text alerts never come.

Any sales on the horizon?

I am thinking of switching over to Sprint very soon. Could be tomorrow or I could wait 3 months. I will not make the jump until I can get my best deal.

Anyone know if Sprint will be offering any specials in the coming weeks and months for new customers? Specifically I was hoping for a waived activation fee or free Airave unit or both. The Curve is currently less expensive with some other carriers...will the price be dropping at Sprint soon? Any insights are much appreciated.

FEELS LIKE IN BUSINESS ACCOUNT SERVICES- (RETENTION) WE PRETTY MUCH DO EVERYTHING. AND OF COURSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BIGGEST COMPLAINT PRETTY MUCH ALWAYS FOR CANCELLATION IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY SHOULD CONSIDER JUST HAVING US DO BOTH. WE SURE AS H*** DO A BETTER JOB....

I called last Thursday to return my phone that I got Thursday. They said they were sending a return box...I still have not gotten it. Does anyone know how long it normally takes?
