So a while back i forgot about my $4 cell bill. Phone went off. paid and it went back on. $50 reconnect for both phones. fine. few months later, other user was supposed to pay bill, forgot, phones went off, $50 reconnect fee. fine. At this point i had to pay $200 deposits for both phones, total $400. Also had to setup my account online for autopayment. The my account does not work properly and i had 2 backed out payments. The company worked on this issue for over a week and could not determine the cause. Just have to make payments over the phone. Since two of my payments were backed out because of my account not working the way it should. my assoc account was cancelled, i recieved a written warning. is there any chance that this phone is coming to us cellular? i want a messaging phone but im scared to get the rumor cause i know how many problems everyone seems to have with the keyboard freezing up so i was wondering if this was coming as an upgrade, even though i hate samsung phones?

The Nokia 1606 has finally entered user testing and should (hopefully) be available for purchase in December.

While its only a base model phone, I think A LOT of people will be very happy to see the return of Nokia to our lineup.

SO I went to AT&T with my sister to upgrade her phone this weekend, ok before any of you say anything, my parent's have had AT&T for like 5 yrs and refuse to switch service until they get booted off.
ok, so they have an $18 upgrade fee! HAHA...are you kidding me? Our customer's would FREAK out!! I can't believe that they charge you to upgrade your phone and sign another 2 yr commitment! That's a crock! How many times have I heard well aren't you going to offer me a better deal since I'm a returning customer and I'm resigning another 2 yr commitment?
Also, we went to the location inside best buy, they sell some kind of PSP insurance that is $6.99 a month and it covers water damage, but NOT water submersion. SO basically if you fall ...

So, on Monday I was standing behind the cash wrap of my store when a lady walks in and starts looking around. I quickly ask what I can help her find and she asks if I carry scissors... 😳 I repeated her request purly because I was dumb founded.

I am considering going from a Moto Krzr to a Blackberry Pearl. I am 1 year into my current contract which is the Nat'l 650 plan and unlimited txt. In order to keep the monthly cost down with adding the Blackberry service I would like change to a Wide Area 700 and 750 text messages. What if any impact will that have on my current two-year agreement? Will I need to sign a new two-year agreement or can I?

I also have a question regarding the Blackberry and its EV-DO capability. I live in Central Iowa where we do not have EV-DO. Fast forwarding to the day it does become available in this area... is the Pearl capable to use EV-DO? I have a minimal understanding of the EV-DO anyway, so if my Blackberry or any phone for that did or did ...

I just resigned my USCC contract(I had no choice I needed a new phone, and I was available for an upgrade) Well, I got the LG UX-300, well in my contract it says we offer a 30 day gaurantee where we can return the product, and get out of the contract without the ETF. Does the apply to me? I'm not pleased with this phone/service. So since I re-signed can I take my phone back and get out of the contract?

The Verizon Wireless acquisition of Alltel should be an opportunity for U.S. Cellular considering Verizon reportedly plans to divest 85% of Alltel's pops to gain approval for the 'merger'. If U.S. Cellular has serious plans to grow, then surely they have to be a player.

I HAVE AN AUDIOVOX 8900 (YES I KNOW, OLD PHONE, BUT I LOST MY RAZR 2 AND DIDN'T HAVE $$ FOR INSURANCE AT THE TIME SO IM USING MY OLD PHONE)

OK.. I've had alot of people come in asking if we had any plans like the Everything Plan from sprint. Of course, we don't...but I was wondering if anyone else gets asked this. AND what are some sell pointers, that you use, to ry to "save the sell" ??

I have the White LG UX 260, I've only had it for 4 months, I just signed with USCC in May. Well I had to send the phone back 5 weeks after I got it, well they had my phone, for over 7 weeks, then I get it back and its still messed up with the same sound problem, so I called the lady and they said they replaced the screen and thats not even what I sent it in for, so they sent it in again had to get another loaner, and now its back and its still not fixed!!! The sound still isn't working, and the U.S. Cellular people just keep telling me to send it back, well I'm sick of sending the phone back, is there anything I can do, they won't give me a new phone, unless I use my insurance, I never had this problem with Verizon, I'm almost ready to switc...

I currently work at an indirect store for Sprint near St Louis. I recently got offered a job with US Cellular for thier big midwest launch. I was wondering how much commission to expect a month on average? and how you guys feel about working for the company?

1. Don't suck off the Chicago team when they come visit your store.
2. Say you do not like our policies or procedures.
3. Ask challenging questions.
4. Expect to watch your children grow up by having a life outside this hell hole.
5. Choose not to show up to "optional" meetings, like the all associate meeting, or a "team builder".
6. Think, really think about what customers want and speak out for them.
7. Voice your opinion about how lacking our ever changing health plan coverage is.
8. Forget to have a permanent grin on your face when you see "you know who".
9. Focus on our customers, rather than giving a dance and strip show for management.
