So yeah, I am eligible to get a new phone and I was the 8100, this site says it is tentative for a US cell release, I tried asking USCELL themselves if it was to ever appear and they said they knew nothing. So yeah, is it going to come out? or am i going to have to find another phone that is equal to the 8100... let me know please

I would like to know if anybody has any idea if we can use unlocked phones on our network. I know that companies like TMobile and Cingular can use unlocked phones. But how would it work on our network since 1) We don't use sim cards. 2) We are cdma (don't know if that has anything to do with it though) 3) I don't know if verizon can use unlocked phones. If anybody can shed some light on this let me know.

so, I've been on hold now for over 18 minutes just to get an early upgrade approved. By the time I get someone on the damn phone, the customer will probably be eligible for the upgrade anyways...she only has 3 weeks left; chances are that I'll still be on hold.

A vast majority of our customers are taking this very well, most seem concerned that they will have to switch from their current plans that are no longer offered. Upon finding out that they can renew under the plan they have they are much happier.
I renewed 35 customers yesterday, and my center renewed over 500 the first real day of the campaign. Thus far proceeding smoothly........

does anyone know why text messaging doesn't always work with uscc ? I tried opening a google email account and found out that google sends you a text message with a code in order to open your account. Well...., uscc doesn't have google on their list of comanies that the accept text messages from....in fact, only certain companies are on the uscc list. why don't they accept all text messages.....?

While catching up on some post readings here i found a thread that mentioned the moto E815. This phone looks pretty cool. Does anyone know any further info on this phone like release date, and any other interesting features about this phone that could make it the phone I have been looking for. 🙂

Hello, Does anyone who has a Niki 6255 know how to get it provisioned for easy edge for associate phone plans? A co-worker of mine just got the phone in and they are telling her she has to send it into NRC to get it done. Is that right and if so why would they send us phones for us to have to send it right back out????

Do your messages automatically erase from your phone every few days? I'm just wondering because it sort of wierd that the phone just erases them. I just locked a message to see if it would erase, it shouldn't but we'll see. Anyone have this also.

I traveled to my Aunt and Uncle's (NY bordering PA) over the summer while still on USCC's TDMA (V60) network and could not receive a signal at their house. They have Verizon and got a fairly strong signal. Now I have upgraded to USCC CDMA phone (vx6100) since the summer should I now be able to pick up Verizons Signal at their house ?

Also I tried VZW for a while at my home and often picked up USCC signal as Verizon is very weak in my town but I did not receive the full service I now receive from USCC as their customer while at my home. VZW (roaming on USCC using VX6100 received 2 - 3 bars) USCC (on USCC network VX6100 4 - perfect service) Can anyone explain why when I roam on Verizon I appear to get the same signal strength a VZW custo...

What do you guys think of USCC insurance company?

I have never had to work with any other wireless insurance company, so I only have an opinion about ours.

I would like to know what employees, and customers think.

Any interesting experiances you have had with them.

I had a customer who's duaghter (3 year's old) put a different charger in the charging port. Tried to file an insurance claim, becuase there was physical damage to the ph, and it no longer charged. They denied her. I called, talked to two different manager's. Pulled out their pamplet, went over their stated policy. They finally gave in, and insured her phone. But they can be difficult sometimes.

I do not like the increase in COD deductible. Not fair...
