The Switchback is coming out soon. But, my recommendation is to go with the Sidekick3 or LG9200 if you want to conduct any type of messaging on a quality device.

Who on here works for an agent? I work for the corporate side, and was wondering how the agents go about training their emp? Im not looking for details, i realize thats confidential. When i was an Retail Wireless Consultant at a corp. store(now working at Cust. Care Cen), i had nothing but problems from the agents in town, as they were apparently totally oblivious to any rules and limitations set forth by Corporate..Not attacking anybody on here, just wondering how they train you guys? seems like something needs to change!

These new policies are killing me and my customers. People I've had for a while can't get new lines and new people can't get signed up. I'm not gonna say which policies, but anybody that sales knows what I'm talking bout. I just want some feed back on if it's effecting you.

I am been offered a job by USCC, I have worked for Cingular for 3 years and I am moving from an area where USCC is not present and cingular centers are not present. Johnson City is the closet cingular center, but I am not moving there. knoxville, tn is where I am moving.I am curious what does USCC pay CS reps, and what are the CS hours of operation. from open to close if you don't mind, and days. I am just trying to get a feel for if its simular to what Cingular does right now. And most important do you enjoy your jobs and do you feel the environment is a positive to work in . any help would be appreciated
