i loved uscc but know i dont know?

did uscc just kill the reason to even have a agent?

what is the incentive for a customer to sign up with a $49.95 plan or higher besides minutes?

if someone can answer these questions for me with a legitimate answer please o cause i cant!!!

My V710 has gone crazy

I have no idea what happened...but my V710 seems to have bit the dust. Very suddenly with no warning. After being firmly attached to my hip all day, I came home from work and want to call my folks, I noticed that my phone was powered off which was odd because I didn't power it off. I turned it on and it seemed to power up OK. I had a voicemail so I dialed it up and engaged the speakerphone. The phone started blanking in and out. I swapped out the battery and tried it again. It seemed to fix it until I tried to power the phone off. It would cycle down but immediately started back up again without hitting the power button. I took it in to the USCC office here and they were going to send it in since it was under warranty. When they we...

People in Corp. Need to get a life

In a recent conversation with my AAE. I have found out that phonescoop and Howard Forums are under intense scrutinization by a team in USCC corp. There job is to solely find out who is releasing "secret" info. about new phones, promos, and other info. My AAE is one of the coolest in the market and I don't think he would create something of this nature seeing as how I never mentioned anything about phonescoop or howard forums. So I am not a kiss @ss I just want to let everybody know to C.Y.A. (Cover Your @ss)

New Process for Agents when they call customer service

Whats up with the custromer having to talk to the call center rep? It makes the rep at the agent look completely stupid and useless. If the customer wanted to call customer service they would have done it on there own. I am so pissed off at this. It makes me look inadequet in my customers eyes. Who else in any agents is having this problem. I mean it seems to me USCC wants to make themselves different from the agent locations, When we launched in this market we got all this training "One Team One Goal" and I firmly believed that untill now. I am very passionate about what I do, I until this point I was very pleased with the overall opperation of the Agent to Retail locations. I mean WTF?

Start investing in USCC NOW!!!


After further investigation into this via the confidential USCC E911 policy, as well as interdepartmental policy and private memo's, I believe that USCC IS indeed up to something nefarious.

I believe that within the next 6 months USCC will be acquired by one of the other major carriers. I believe (from what I have seen IN WRITTING) that they are currently in talks that will eventually lead to the buy-out of their customer base.

They need as many customers in contract as they can get to raise the bottom line. Any of you who actually work for USCC (Not agents) look deeper into the policy........You will see what I see....

ALARM ON THE RAZOR

can the alarm go off somehow while the phone is on silent? my v710 was able 2. have the phone on silent and the ringer alarm would still go off. any way for the razor 2 do that?
it just doesn't go off when i have this phone on silent.

how much can a uscc rep make???

Sup everyone, I just got laid off from a sales position at a major corporation and I was looking to move over to the wireless industry. I was wondering, how much a uscc rep can make working a 40 hour work week? and do those of you that work for the company...do you like it? Thanks in advance for your help, i really appreciate it!

Questions about Customer service jobs.

My wife is about to start working for US Celluar in customer service, she has many years of experience with cingular. however I am just curious, what are the service hours for CS Monday - Sunday that is, hours would be helpfull and what is the pay like. She said they did not say what they were going to offer her, since she has so much experience. But whats is the average amount an hour? any help would be greatful

Hey guys...does anyone out there who works for USCC have any info on potential upcoming phones to be added to the lineup? I'm not complaining about the current lineup, just curious to see if anyone knows what might be coming down the pike?

Out of contract plan rates

Can anyone tell me what the plan rates are for customers out of contract. I currently have 700 minutes for $40 and includes 1000 night and weekend minutes. I was wondering if there is another better plan I can switch to without signing a contract. US cell lists their plan of 1000 minutes with free incoming wbut thats with a 2 year deal.

To all actual USCC employees, keep in mind we should be keeping our confidential information actually confidential. This is per that email that was sent out yesterday. Of course helping our Customers is our top priority & we can continue doing this without releasing sensitive information. Even telling non-employees which phones are currently in testing is NOT delivering true I.C.E.

Let's use the Nokia 6255i as an example. This phone was pushed back for release a couple of times. Now, what about those customers that heard about this phone before it's release & were also given a release date? Boy oh boy, were they disappointed when it didn't come out "on time" like they were expecting. Believe me, I heard many of these complaints fir...

Finally!

I found a phone I really like. The Motorola V323. I had the RAZR (SUCKS), I had the big @$$ Nokia flip phone (SUCKS) The V323 is sweet.
