LG's rumored roadmap for AT&T

We're hearing about a bevy of new handsets from LG that should -- by should, we mean it is rumored -- be landing at a store near you between now and the end of year. First up, LG's CU575 "Trax" -- that we've been hearing about for a while now -- may have finally found a solid date with AT&T, look for it to arrive around about August 17th. The LG CU400 is getting refreshed with the LG CU515, an all-black 3G handset that looks like a cross between the CU400 and CU500, expected September. Also rolling out is the CU720 or Shine a 3G slider with a 2 megapixel camera in September -- we've been waiting on this for some time, thanks AT&T. What does everyone think....Good deal or rip off.

I think the single line packages are ok but the sahre plans on the premium are a rip.

So, we have all seen the pictures of the 8350. Does anyone like this phone? I am not impressed and will not be buying this phone. It is so ugly.

How much DO you guys make commission at a retail or corp store? like. is it $10 an upgrade, $25 for a new line er....how is YOUR guys' commision rate if you dont mind me asking?

Can anyone tell me some secrets or some good advice with how to get in with Verizon? I have been in the cell phone industry for a little more then a year selling sprint, while I was working for sprint I was pursueing VZW. I quit my job right before a job fair I had heard about, the job fair got moved 2 times so I was jobless for 3 months. During the 3 months I tried to drop resumes off, applied numerous times on the website, showed interest at actual stores etc. The job fair finally came and I never heard back from them. I want this job more then anything right now and I know I would be an asset to the company HOW DO I GET "IN" ????????

Damn, and certian carriers dont even have their 1st gen of 3g rolled out yet

I was just wondering, from what VZW CEO said, it sounded like VZW would respond soon after the iPhone release with an iPhone Killer. But I haven't seen much of anything (not on the other posts either) that seem like an iPhone "killer." Does anyone know or have a definite idea what it will be?

Couple questions

Ok I have read through all the jd Powers crap and I can't find where at&t blew Verizon away. I see where they Greatly improved their crappy cusotmer service(kudos for that) but everything I looked at basically says they finally got their crap together and are now as good as Verizon. Nothing really to brag hear anyways because tmobile is kicking both of our asses so not really any bragging points for anyone, again congratulations on the improvement, now you are average like us...

On a different note, most people are stating network quality when they speak of jd powers, before you troll in here I suggest you take a moment to look at how you ranked. To sum it up for you pretty poor, actually very very poor.

i heard that you can now upgrade your phone 4 months before ur contract ends instead of 2, but when i go to myaccount, it says i am eligable for an upgrade with discounts for ne2 2 months before. so what is it 2 or 4

I jsut purchased a ringback tone and when it asked me to set it as my default it said error when I clicked on it. Now I dont now how to get back to the ringback to try to set it as my default again. I already bought it because when I go back it, it said I already have that tone. Does anyone know how to get to your already purchased ringbacks? I tried My Ringtones, but it isnt there.

My boy is a manager at a verizon store and he told me motorola pushed the release date to december so it will be released for the holiday's.
That Sucks but I dont care because I dont buy motorolas.

2 GSM providerss on top. Could this spell the beginning of the end of Stoic, charge for everything, crippled BT, one GUI for all, we are are not the best anymore Verizon?

Has there been any new updates on this, I read this rumor on multiple forums...I figure by now stores would be getting prepared for shipments if it was really gonna happen on the 30th.

Some douche just called up and wanted to know if we could burn him a CD of his ringtones/music he had downloaded over "get it now", so he could listen to them on his computer and in his car.

He was ticked that we couldnt and he wanted to know what store could, then he got pissed and hung up on me when I told him that no one could.

Whats up with the battery life on these phones. Anyone that says the battery life is fine is full of ****! I have talk to two friends that have them and the are terrible. How can Verizon even advertise bs data????? I even purchased the extended battery and its terrible.
