Pretty much you'll know when a phone is about to come out because Verizon Reps will see it in the Coming Soon Area of Infomanager or something is leaked to another web site. Plus, Verizon does a price drop or BOGO on the old model before new ones come out.

I was in my local VZW corporate store the other day with my parents and sister upgrading our family plan (I'm the primary line). There was another customer there that was having problems with a Treo (not sure which model). From what I gathered, he wanted the rep (his tag said "Manager" on it) to not only replace his Treo with another but he also wanted a different device (there was a Blackberry box on the counter) as he was not satisfied with the quality of the Treo. The rep, correctly IMO, told him that he just couldn't do that. The guy was trying to bitch enough to get what he wanted but the rep stood firm and would not let him out of the store with more than one device.

Information for Existing Customers
If you enrolled in the program on or after 11/25/02, you must take advantage of the New Every Two offer within six months of becoming eligible; otherwise, you may be charged full retail price to upgrade your current handset.

So does this mean that if I was eligible on Jan 1, if I don't use my NE2 it expires on June 1? Can anyone confirm if this is true?

was just reading engadget mobiles findings of what is in store pertaining to the rumored iphone killer they have been hinting about.

one a multimedia device from moto that has a 3 megapixel shooter [that's all the specs they know so far for that one.]

and a cdma version of the lg prada phone to release around the same time.

my contract is up and i was looking at the lg-vx9400 but that 3 megapixel has me rethinking.

what are your thoughts on this?

i know mobile espn is now available on verizon v-cast for free and works on about five phones. but does anyone know when they will add more phones to its list. and if so which phones?

does it cost verizon money when a customer exchanges a phone several times within the 30 day test drive period? or does the phone company (LG, Motorola etc....) eat the cost....sorry if this is a stupid question 🙂

Hi, I have not posted on this forum before although I read the forum quite a bit for information. I am about to renew my contract for myself and my husband. I would like to know what phones have the best reception on Ft. Benning GA military base? We are looking at the EnV and the Casio Gzone type V. How good is the reception for the Gzone? It seems like it would suit the needs of my military husband...any thoughts would be helpful. Thank you

I'm the primary line on my account and have had BA for a while for free (I use My Account online). We recently were in the local corporate store to upgrade the 4 lines on the plan and the associate told us that all lines qualified for BA for free, not just the primary. Is this correct? It certainly was cheaper than paying the tech $10 per phone to transfer phone numbers even if we do end up paying for BA, though it didn't work on one of the old phones.

i was wondering if verizon was going to be coming out with the treo 755p anytime soon and if they was going to be releasing a blackberry with a camera on it. i like the pearl and the curve from cingular but dont care too much about the blackberry phone 8830 that verizon just released. i was also wondering if verizon was going to be doing any other promotions. they just had on in my area where if you joined you would get 2000 bonus minutes. thanks for all the input 🙂

T-mobile just came out with the Wing that has WM6 ( 🤤 ) And there giving upgrades to the Dash. When is verizon coming out with some PDA's/Pocket PC's that have it???!?!!!??
