I know this might be redundant but I have not got any of the phones and I have had most of them to dump data to the Lexus Bluetooth.

Just had an on-line chat with "James" at Verizon, a customer service guy. Apparently, the company is still playing dumb as to when the Nokia 6256i and the Moto Razr will be appearing. I also spoke to my friend, a manager of a Radio Shack outside of Washington, DC, who still has only the "dummy" for the Nokia, nothing on the Motorola, and no indication of when either phone is going to show up.
At this point, my attitude is, when it gets there, it'll be there. I have a bunch of friends who are very anxious for both of these handsets to make their appearance, particularly the Nokia. My best guess is that their marketing department is readying some mammoth promotional campaign, although I have absolutely no knowleddge of s...

Cingular's CEO says they need to catch up to Verizon

That is the funniest thing i have ever read. I have to applaud Stanley Sigman (CEO of cingular) for being as open and honest as he was in the article.
Just a few things that Sigman says that Cingular (the so called #1 Provider) is behind verizon on:
1. "in metrics like customer service"
2. "Getting business simplified"
3. "Rate of Penetration"
4. "Churn
5. "Addition of Customers"
6. "Return on operations"
7. "Reputation"
8. "Network"
9. "roll-out of high speed network"
Just thought i would let everyone else enjoy a nice laugh at Cingular's expense.
Sigman has Verizon Service.......
Verizon could not pay for a better spokesperson for Verizon.
Cingular has to be truly beat down for a CEO to come out and claim defeat and weregonnas.
I'd say that was a supreme bonehead move by a CEO
(unless of course Verizon seizes the bait and raises prices being the anointed premiere Carrier now by Cingular's CEO)
IHF1000 car kit interface with TREO650
Incoming calls are oK, outgoing calls are dropped after about 3-5 seconds. Installation was verified 100% and other paired phones work great. The car kit wont allow you to dial out at all after the first dropped call and it goes directly into "set up mode" until you cylce the ignition or leave the car and return.
If you use the treo 650 pad and place an outgoing call directly, it also drops the call a few seconds after the BT (IHF1000) in car device picks it up on intercom.
Radio mute and all the features work great with three other phones tested

A) Seems to be with interface with Verizon. Any patches? Upgrades? Im currently running Palm phone1.0...
