Bottom line is, AT&T Wireless is a corporation. The higher ups and CEO's DO NOT know your name or who you are. But more importantly, they do not care. You are profit to them. Plain and simple.

MAC? iSync? HELP. -- Looking for a reason to stay with AT&T
First I'm a Mac user. I use iSync. I love iSync. I need iSync. Most recently I used a Nokia 6820. It wasn't iSync compatible (Nokia's Fault, not AT&T's I realize.)
BUT
Barring going with the Sony Ericsson t616 I don't see a great iSync compatible phone.
I'm a heavy user, don't have a home phone any more.
Anyone know if the TREO is worth the money?

I'm with at&t warranty exchange dept., what little left in this country anyway, and my last call today, was a cust who called and first thing started screaming at me because "he thought" I had made his daughter cry. (Like I'm the only person in my dept.). So after listening to him a few minutes I realize this guy just isn't going to quit, so I interrupt and try to get down to business, the entire way this guy yelling and screaming trying to get me to hurry up cause he was on hold for 5 hours(riiiggghht).
