GOT I F'ING HATE SPRINT, BUT AT&T I F'ED UP WITH
I had at&t for 2 years....Then my friend needed a phone, got her one, and she paid it ontime for about 6 months, then lost her job....
Result = No Money + No Job = No Bill Payment.
I couldn't afford to pay the 200.00/mo bill....
So it built for about 2 months, they turned it off = 425.00 bill...tried to work something out, but they just kept charging me monthly... so now, that I couldn't/haven't paid it, they assessed the termination fee, so my bill is about...oh....1200.00??
Iv'e tried to talk to them, but I get the same answer from every rep ive talked to "You need to pay it in one payment.." Which obviously, if I couldnt pay the 400.00 in one lump...I cant pay the 1200.00 in one lump...
Is there anyw...

T-Mobile Got Jacked!
So here’s what we just heard: one of T-Mobile’s warehouses were broken into over the weekend and around 36,000 phones were stolen! The phones stolen are said to be worth around $8.2 million! Yeah peoples, not fun. What’s even crazier is that the majority of what was stolen were the Sidekick devices. T-Mobile’s actively tracking the IMEIs to see if any are activated on their network and is said to be working with law enforcement officials to trace the handsets to dealers that potentially activate them. Totally insane! Here’s the internal email to T-Mobile dealers, after the jump!
"Wanted to let you all know that one of our warehouses was broken into over the week...

The Contract Game
Further studies conducted by me calling customer support for each carrier gave me THIS information:
Sprint: will make you sign a two year commit if you bring in your own sprint phone. (Jerks.) So if you plan on signing up, at least get a free phone with your two year contract, then switch out the phone and sell it on ebay.
Alltel: will let you on a current price plan with no commitment. (This company has some things going well for them.)
T-Mobile: They will make you sign a one year agreement if you bring in your own phone. OR you can do "Flexpay", where you just pay ...

at&t is ran by monkeys...

Does the North America Package still exist? (or anything like it)
I am a old blue customer who is on the America National plan, which all my phones have the North America Package. I got this as we call Canada a LOT and we all roam in Canada (especially me).
The thing is my phones are getting old and I would like to replace them. But I ABSLOUTLY need something like the North America Package. I thought I heard somewhere that it is still offered, but it is a retention issue and it has to come from high up. I actually heard that it is a add on which costs $0 due to retention and it allows for free roaming and LD. However I am totally fine paying for a package (as I pay 10 dollars per phone for it now)
I have also heard that Verizon offers some sort of package, which I haven't che...

Tilt 229 @ WalMart Flat Out... No rebates no data plan >>
From what I remember they have other phones this way that they don't stock in their store. So go there and ask to see them on their computer....and this IS NOT THE SAME as ordering from Walmart's website... That is Let's Talk... they are horrible.
Now to all of you jerks who are going to say the same ole s^%& as you did last time I posted a Walmart price..... F^%& off.
People who come to this forum are smart enough to shop price and not shop customer service....

Contract issue
I got a phone for my mum for her B-day the good son I am. The phone was defective so i took it back to Best Buy where i purchased it. Best Buy rep said that when i returned the phone the contract would come off. I waited a week then two to make sure paperwork was not the hold up and check still it was on my line. I then decided to get the phone for her by renewing another line via online since that is less a pain in the behind. I got the phone it works great. I then promply forgot to call in and ask for the other contract to be removed. Any ideas how much run around i'm going to get to get the contract removed? Because if I did then i would have 2 outa my 4 lines of service out of contract and ...
