i cant find the link anymore, i can do it from sprint, verizon, and t-mobile, but no longer on att's website. did they move the SEND A TXT option os remove it? or am i just not looking hard enough

my cousin gave me his old att branded nokia phone, when i put in my cingular sim it said I need an unlock code?? He has never seen this message befor. Does any one have or know a code that will work so I can use his phone?? Thanks

I've been a Vz customer since '95; love the service, really do. I never never have a dropped call (live in socal). The only time I have a problem is occasionaly when I call my wife (T-mob) and it doesn't go through the first time. But I swear, the phones on Vz are boring boring boring! And the much talked about crippled UI is real; it stinks. They make you pay for everything. And the kicker for me now is internationl travel, the whole cdma/gsm thing. So tell me, for reals: how is the service with ATT? I mean the voice/call quality?

I work for an authorized agent and I have a customer who is interested in the 8130...under one condition, he wants to be able to access this program called act from the 8130. ACT is a sales database. I went on the website and it doesn't have the info I need, I called their cs# and they are closed till Monday!!! 😡
My question is does anybody know of a customer being able to access this program and if so what devices will support it? 😕

Shortly after that, I keep receiving a few of these mysterious text messages a day. When I try to open them, the phone says:

supported.

The Inbox listed them as:

When I highlight a message (newest one), select Options and Message details, it shows:

ok so i am on sprint and it really sucks and i have a treo 750 and yes...it really sucks...so i have recently come into a job at an AT&T store so naturally im going to be moving to AT&T...anyway...ive been looking at phones and im stuck between two...the Sony Ericsson k850i with sex appeal to the max [important! 😉 ] a 5 mp cybershot camera which would keep me from carrying around my hybrid camera for random stills...it has awesome music abilities but i have a ipod touch so thats nuffin...and it has 3g ability which has yet to make it here to omaha but will be here early 08...otherwise you can take a look at it here on phonescoop....the other im stuck on is the pantech which also has some sexyppeal and gets major cool points for being a ...

Anyone else notice they have the 6126 refurb for 19.99 while you can get a new one for free?

So, I'm currently with Verizon and I have to say that I am very, very happy. I love my phone and I love the call quality. I never drop calls anywhere I go. Now, here comes the iPhone, and I really really want it! But, I don't know if I want to go back to GSM (I used to have CellularOne/Dobson). I had a bad experience with them, mainly because I had a RAZR and the thing constantly buzzed. The only things that are drawing me back from running to AT&T right now are:

1) The iPhone doesn't have MMS Messaging
2) The iPhone only has up to 8GB of memory
3) The iPhone only has EDGE speeds (I'm used to Verizon's EV-DO speeds)
4) Again, I don't want to get that GSM "buzz" noise that I had when I had my Moto RAZR. I hope to have crystal clear call...
