Anyone else think that AT&T should update their website. I guess I just don't think its the most user friendly 😕 . I wish they could make it less drab and easier to find things your looking for. Anyone else agree? Or is it just me?

Ok, so I've been wanting to switch from ATT for awhile now because all my family and most of friends I talk to the most are on verizon...But I have a few issues I'm unclear on...As I see it there are advantages and disadvantages to both companies. Here are the advantages I see for both...
ATT: Unlocked bluetooth to transfer files, audio, pics etc.(LOCKED for verizon). 7 o'clock night and weekend options for ATT, and NOT for verizon. Unlocked phones for ATT which gives a much larger selection of phones, and the ability to travel overseas with an unlocked phone. Data plans are cheaper for ATT (two pda phones with $20 plans for unlimited data). You also have the ability with ATT to download free ringtones, graphics, games, etc. from 3rd partie...

I have owned my Nokia E62 for about 10 months. Its in perfect condition and works well. However, I am worried that it may start having problems.

1) Would ATT sell me insurance on the phone?

2) How much would it cost?

3) What is the deductable and how does claiming work?

Well, my 6 Lg Shine's arrived today. Not very impressed. The "stainless steel" look is cheezy. Not worth the $199 2yr price. Lack of insurance is disapointing.

On the other hand my 6 Blackjack 2's will be in tomorrow. This is something to look forward to!

I was reading the reviews for the Duo and was kinda surprised to see how good some of them were. At my location we received in just one Duo and from the reviews I'm hoping it is an OBF. The phone's operating system is sssssoooooo slow!! You press a button and ten seconds later the phone responds. Are all of them that way? I appreciate any feedback!

all of the sudden I was not able to recieve calls during lunch so I pulled the battery and power cycled the phone, but nothing would work. so i called tech support and i was told that there is a major outage in the south east, many people are reporting not being able to recieve calls or text messages. not able to inform me of time that issue would be fixed. 👿

Anyone heard when they will be flipping the switch for 3G in the OKC market?

Watching Live TV over EDGE is ok believe it or not... but it's gonna be awesome over 3G

My friends phone fell apart (long story 😉 ), so he went out and bought a cheap gophone, popped in his SIM card and now uses it as his backup. My question is, is this possible? Texting, and all that good stuff? Sorry if this is a dumb question, just didn't know if you could do this. 🤨

I will be using the phone very minimally as a back up phone and one to use when I travel to the states.
