Question about AT&T Mobile to Mobile

I notice on AT&T's site that it says:
Unlimited calling within the largest mobile-to-mobile calling community—62 million people and growing.

so by the statement and number used this means that when an AT&T customer calls someone with a Tracphone that is running on AT&T (as in MNVO, not with an AT&T sim) that it counts as a Mobile to Mobile call for the AT&T customer?

Pantech Duo

Anyone have any idea when we will see this device. I've heard rumblings that we could see it drop this week.

Anybody know if there is any truth in that statement?

Question about AT&T surcharges

I work for VZW and our internal information about other carriers that our marketing department gives us is ..well, for lack of a better way to put it, frequently inaccurate and many times months or years out of date.

VZW charges all customers a $.70 admin fee and a $.04 regulatory fee and a Federal Universal Service fee (which is a percentage based on current FCC rates, currently customers are being charged 2.3%). Our marketing claims we have the lowest fees of the major carriers.

Just so I have a clearer picture here of what other carriers charge, what fees does AT&T have for customers that are being charged by AT&T on all standard accounts?

I checked the AT&T website and it is showing there would be a $1.25 Regulatory C...

New Phones for Christmas

I know there is a LOT in the planbooks but I've been hearing a LOT of rumours too. SO far we go the Pantech Duo dummy in our store so we know that's coming, and I've read on here of other phones coming soon. We now see the Samsung 517 as a Sync-Lite at RadioShak. Does anyone know if there's anything in the planbooks to lauch before Christmas? A customer came in today and said that an AT&T store showed her a NEW texting phone so I'm a little curious.
