We have been having some issues with the 2125 frying sim cards every 2 weeks. I have heard there is some sort of flash update for the phone. Has anyone else heard/had this problem and found a resolution?

I'm a little ignorant when it comes to the latest and greatest technology. Can anyone tell me if a phone has Wi-Fi, what all can be done with it? Can you surf the net and/or listen to streaming audio much like if you're sitting in front of your PC and listening to your favorite radio station?

Also, does anyone know if the new Palm Treo model for 3G (750) has Wi-FI in it?

Can anyone shed anylight on these two phones. I have a blackberry 7290, I just had a baby, so I would like to have the camera.

Can you tell me about the problems they have had? Are downloads available for these as well? I would hate to have to carry a cell phone and a pocket PC

Does anyone know why is it that Cingular didn't bid as much as other carriers? I got this from RCR and I was surprised to see how little interest Cingular showed. Is it that we don't need as much spectrum as the other carriers? Can someone explain?

I propose that if you really don't know when something is coming out; you should keep your damn mouth shut. For months the V3i was suppose to come out. It never did! The SE W810 was suppose to be out! It never appeared. The Cheesecake 300000000 was suppose to be out (just kidding)! It never came. The only thing that came out this summer was Lance Bass of Nsync.

I went to the Cingular store yesterday and went looking for the Nokia 6682 to compare in-store to on-line pricing. Furthermore I wanted to see how the phone operates. Guess what! The phone had been taken off off store shelves because of lack of sales. Now the phone can only be purchased on-line for $249.00 (which is a complete rip-off).

I am not calling anymore customers back unless they can be at least civil! I go out of my way to help them, and call them back when they don't listen to the directions from the automated attendant. The only way I will if they are really nice sounding, and pleasant. I only have 30 secs in between calls to calm down before I have to be yelled at again. Don't get me wrong I love my job (most days) I like helping them and getting them what they want, but not if they're mean. I got this phone 2 days ago, but I have noticed that the pics on this phone come out really dark, even in a well lighted room. Also, the phone is not as loud as my V551, this is somewhat frustrating. Anyone else having this problem? Do I have a defective phone? Should I have it replaced?

So... I read this pretty thing. It's something insurance customers will get in the mail shortly. I opened up this little jewel that said insurance fees were going up a dollar.

I was surprisingly optimistic about this news and thought, "Maybe there will be new pricing tier for PDA's and more expensive phones!" There was nothing written about that. Now there was nothing saying that wouldn't happen either, but the blurb of info it contained was just blah.

Insurance is going up a dollar because phones cost more now. Sure, that makes sense, but blah. Give us some good news to go along with that.

when will cingular be coming out with some new smartphones or pdas? our account is eligible to renew 9/24 and i was looking at getting a smartphone such as the treo 750 or the htc tytn. does anybody behind the scenes happen to have any pda updates in general, but those 2 devices would be great. what i'm really looking for is a wm5 pocket pc phone device.
