Most rollover minutes you have seen..

bored at work and kinda curious. whats the most rollover minutes you have seen a customer with, i recently had someone with (which looked like an error) 30,xxx rollover!?! And go figure he didnt want to change his rate plan on he would only retain a fraction of it ๐Ÿคจ

Warranty Question

Hey Guys,

Quick question. I have an ATT phone that is just over a year old. The display is black, but the phone still works. I didn't get the insurance because it was just a cheap Nokia. I know it's past the warranty, and I'm not ready for upgrade because i'm a $9.99 add a line. What options do I have to get my phone replaced? Any help would be appreciated. ๐Ÿ™‚

Anyone heard anything about the Centennial buy-out?

Hey I was just wondering if anyone had any knowledge of the Centennial buy-out by AT&T. Do you think at&t is going to let centennial customers keep their old plans since most offer free incoming, mobile to mobile, and night & weekends.

Samsung Impression - Daylight Savings time change also changed calendar events

Just received this phone about 3 weeks ago.

After the daylight savings time change back to standard time this past weekend, I noticed that all events in my calendar were also changed back by one hour. For example, an event that was previously entered for 2:15, had changed to 1:15.
The phone is set to automatic update, but did not do so. I had to turn it off for the time change to take effect.
Now why would the daylight savings time change also change the event times in the calendar. That does not make any sense and should NOT affect it!

Has anyone else noticed this?

Must AT&T match rate offered to existing customer??

Hello,

I recently read in an article, I can no longer find online, that in California the Public Utility Commission has ruled that a cell phone provider must offer a customer a rate that it provides another customer (even a corporate one with a negotiated discount)if the customer provides the provider with the cell account number. Does anyone know anything about this? I would like to get a better rate on my Iphone. I have a friend who works for Coca Cola and he gets 20% off of his cell service. I have called AT&T and of course they say they have heard nothing about this. But I just read it was mandated in an article on AOL but can no longer find the article.

Anyone know anything about this?

IPhone and indirect stores..

I work for an alltel agent directly and we would be part of the buyout from Verizon.

A member of our team went to a meeting this week and the powers that be told her that indirect agents can't/don't sell the IPhone only the direct channel does..

AT&T is just now getting into this area and there isn't a store for me to visit..


Can someone shed some light on this?

Hey guys I'm really interested in AT&T. I have apple macs and want to get a phone that is mac compatible. I know iPhone is the top of this, but i also wanna know what else is out there. I'm mainly looking to do email, create custom ringtones from myself and backup my info. thanks all

Is the iPhone really worth it?

I've worked for an indirect retailer for the past 3+ years. I've carried all sorts of phones but the big mystery for me is the iPhone. I carry the Blackberry Bold and with the exception of a few days with a Curve and and E71x have not had the problems I see reported on this site. I do software upgrades regularly and have not had any major issues. I'm worried that with the iPhone coming to the indirect side that we may be forced to carry the iPhone. I am well aware that the money to be made on the iPhone from a sales perspective is little to nothing, but I still want a good phone to use. My one employee carries the iPhone already and loves it. I can't stand the touch screen and the fact it's an Apple product. I want a device that will...

AT+T Reps

I have a question..my eternity is screwing up bad. It freezes, random screens will pop up without me pressing them, and it will ring static sometimes. The screen has scratches from my nails on the screen, nothing major they look like just surface scratches..no water damage though..will the scratches void the warranty? Also, I've heard that the eternity has been discontinued, if I do an exchange will they send me the same phone, or a diff model? Oh- and I also have the insurance, so if I cant do an exchange I can do insurance, but same question, will I get the same phone?

Authorized retailers can carry the iPhone if they want to opt in on it, all models all colors, no set pricing, that's right it could be a free iPhone.

Confirmed today at 1230 on conference calls.

For a network that's "so bad" it continues to shine quarter after quarter.

AT&T/Tracfone Number Recycling

I have a quick question that someone might be able to answer.

How long is a phone number unavailable for if it is an AT&T number that was used by Tracfone and is recycled. How long of a period of time will it be unavailable? When you call the number it has the standard message "The number you dialed is not a working number" which usually means it has been recycled and is available for use again. In the system it shows that it was used by Tracfone, but it does not allow it to be activated now. Is there a period of a week or month or something before the number can be available?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

CS reps, why do you make things so hard?

I for some reason thought we were on the same team. I have a customer calling in about act fees. So i make notes on the account and then call CS, they tell me the customer needs to be there, WTF! So I hagup and try again, nope, no one will help. My buddy calls in and they d it no problem. FU3K CS reps, you people make everyone look bad. Why do you reps fight us so much?

Why can't I bill a phone to my account? If I had Sprint I could..If I had Sprint I could save a lot of money too..The only thing stopping me is my contract, but that's up in March..I think AT&T is on the verge of losing a long time customer (5+ years)

How do you unlock the phonebook in a Moto Tundra??

Hey guys-

Just had a quick question. I actually found a motorola Tundra that someone must have dropped outside. I took it home, the sim was no longer active, so I put in a dummy SIM I keep around and played a little with the device.

Anyways...the contacts were "locked" and the phone was requesting a pass key to unlock it.

Is there a way to just clear this phone completely and flash it back to the original settings? Or is there a way to remove this unlock code?

Please help if you have any ideas.
