anyone have an opinion on cingular's treo 650 vs. either cingular blackberry? I have a co-worker ask what phone he should recommend to a doctors office that is seeking out a minimum of 5 lines. They are looking for either of these devices. I haven't been told yet how they are wanting to use them though.

I have a quick question about placing a call... Whenever I try to call this one person, the cell phone just rings and rings and rings. After about 8 rings, an automated message comes on saying, "We're sorry, this customer is not accepting calls at this time." Is this a problem on my end or their end? Could they have blocked my number and that's why I get that message? How come voicemail never kicks on? We're both Cingular customers and any info would be helpful. Thanks.

Has anyone else had their e-mail taken away? In my centers on supervisors are allowed to send e-mail now. I had to get 3 billing tickets filed this week and my RES desk couldn't do it because the bright people at corporate took it away. Has this happened to anyone else?

You will be declared a genius if you can answer this. We have taken on a task of unlocking a siemens, and fell into unlocking an sx56 from at&t. That means Cingular won't do it for us. Does anybody know of anyone who would be able to unlock a windows mobile siemens sx56, free or charge?

I was looking at the Cingular website and read that you have to call in to have intrenational service activated. Something that caught my attention was that "Your payment history and the length of time you've been a customer with Cingular are factors which determine your eligibility for this service"

Can anyone who works for Cingular explain this? We have had service for 2 years, and are sometimes late b/c of the time it takes my company to reimburse me. Does that mean they will say NO? Also, I am opening a new account in my name this week (our current account is in wifes name)and wnated to know if they would say no to intrenational service for a trip to Cabo in 7 weeks. Thanks!

ok, I have a motorola V505 which is for AT&T. I unlocked it using the subsidy passcode to use for cingular. text, pic and video messaging is not working. Is there a fix for that or am I just SOL?

I am guessing with the us open Maria Saripova is getting more pub. i have actualy had several customers ask me. i have down some of my own digging on there moto web site there is several shots of the phone and a place where you can register for a contest. Looks like it is a limitted edition but woundering if any one knows anything about purchase and sales of this product if there is a release date or anything to that effect.

Is the Siemens X66 disontinued? I can't find it on thier website. Does anyone know if a VPN could be installed on it? My company has 3000 people on Blackberry's, but i would prefer to use a Windows based device and my corporate VPN and Outlook for email.

I upgraded to a p207 over the internet on 8/6/05 but couldnt get it until i paid a past-due balance. Well I paid it on 8/19. I looked on the site and sont see the phone on there anymor. Is it discontinued and will i still get the p207.

Hey for all of you that work in a call center...I was reading in the lounge and someone had a good idea. You know how you get points for being late and stuff like that? Well yall should organize a drive where if you bring in a case of water or food then you get 1 point back up to 5 points and everything is sent to NO. Please relay this on to your supervisors. I feel really strongly about this...These are AMERICANS DYING!

For those of you keeping score...I think we (me and Cingular) are at deuce.

Had ATTWS, got 2 phones in exchange for 2 year contract, returned them within buyers remorse period, got the credit, contract was not taken off account. Took multiple calls, cussing etc now have notes on account that says contract has been corrected.

Except: Nobody at the Cingular stores (I think they were Cing. owned) have access to the info. Shop sees me as not eligible for upgrade. A manager has to call it in/override the system. Tried TWO stores in the Tysons Corner VA area. NO manager.
The question (besides the obvious being "why the eff do I put up with this bs"), isn't it better to buy from the store rather than over the phone? The CSR offered to ...
