We are normally an inbound sales channel and today, lucky us have been turned outbound. We're all now calling Virgina Suncom customer because their phones were all programmed wrong and were deactivated. So we're starting to call each customer and reprogram their phones. This is all sooo odd. I have never programed a phone in my life and now I'm going to be doing it for 5 hours straight!!!!

I would like to send pictures to some email address, but my phone won't let me...Someone once told me that it has to be set up...I was wondering if anybody could tell/teach me on how to set/fix my phone up to SEND to email addies, thanks.....

Just checking to see if anyone had OGO service that would be willing to sell. I already havea device but need to take over an exhisting OGO service. I will BUy the rights to the account. It sucks even as a CIngular employees we can no longer even activate them for ourselves.

Okay...so I am just coming back from a 6 month break and I am a little confused on a few things. With your family plans does the price really include the 1st additional line. So that gives you the 2 lines for like 59.99 right? I just want to make sure I am selling these right. Thanks for any info.

Has anyone noticed how in the past 3 years alone how much rate plans have gone up? I sure many have. I am curious to the customers what do you think of this? I remember when you could get a post paid plan for 19.99. now post paid plans start at 39.99 in many cases. I guess this is from all them free phones people scream for every year. Free phones all the time will only drive wireless rates up more and more year. Has anyone wondered what other countries charge for thier wireless service? For example British telecom they do not get n&w with thier plans. Has anyone compared plans with other nations and see how the US compares on what you get?

Can u use the headphones that come with the s710a while on the phone so u can hear better while on the car? Or is the head phones just used fr teh mp3 player?

Ok i am posting this on the top 5 carriers forum..... If i am starting new service with you ahy should i consider Cingular for my service? What makes cingular better then the rest? And What makes Cingular unique(meaning what do theyhave that nobody else has)?

Im a light user on minutes but sometimes i use a little more than normal (normal=500-600) but i am a heavier data user.....what can you do which company do you suggest is best 😕

Is the Motorola PEBL V6 going to be released as a Cingular Phone?

I just got the price sheet in my market for July 24th--31st. All I have to say is that the Phase Out column is a LOT bigger than normal.

P207, P777, C1300i, F9100, and v180 (thank God) are all phasing out as of this month.....interesting considering how long they've been around (the others are going due to model updates). Especially the P207 and P777. 😳 Talk about a turnover rate.

1st issue in FL --> Voicemail not picking up in Florida, just rings and rings, with phone off, goes to all circuits busy - TT0001732550 -the calls will go to either a fast busy, or to an "All Circuits Are Busy Now 128t" Please ensure you have a Florida customer on the line, and also be aware that this issue will follow a Florida customer anywhere through the United States, as their voicemail continues to reside in Florida.

2nd issue in FL --> - Customers may experience network congestion when registering on Polk City MSC - TT0001732536 - Symptoms would be fast busies and no connection to network

Ok, I have no bars, no GPRS icon, and the Cingular wording has left the screen of my V400. What would cause this? Just 30 minutes ago, I had 5 bars and everything was fine. This is so annoying.

Does anyone have the specs on this phone? I've yet to see any information on it or even a photo.

I can't wait any longer, I want a leading edge phone. Where is the Moto; PEBL V6, V895 or SLVR V8. Please Cingular your service is tops, but give us the best phones...

If i have a phone and want to conect it to my laptop for wireless internet can i get away with the 19.99 media net plan and not be charged for overage? I have been told by some that i need the 79.99 laptop connect plan and others the 39.99 PDA plan, I just want the truth.

I had Cingular (phone model is not important) GSM here in Gainesville, Florida 32614 is blown away by the three bigest CDMA carriers.
Both GSM and CDMA are really bad when it comes to going through thick structures. I brought an old TDMA phone to work with me, I was able to great signal!To bad they are slowly getting rid of TDMA it works so well. Does anyone know how much longer TDMA will be around? And by the way, my TDMA service is a prepayed card service.
(Those who may be curious, CDMA works great in at least a 300 mile radius of where I live. I am beginning to think Cingular paid so much for ATTWS, that they do not have enough money to build or upgrade their towers)

I see the Samsung e317 is back on Cingular's website for my area (zip 37604) and the Moto V551 is currently out of stock.

Is this a glitch in the system or are they actually selling the Samsung e317 again. Just curious. 😕
