Have any reps in here heard about any plans to shut down any blue call centers?

I was up until recently a cingular BLUE customer with a 1000 anytime minute plan with unlimited night and weekends for 39.99. I received a text message from Cingular informing me that if I would migrate I would receive a plan for 1000 minutes.

I went to a Cingular store and I was told by the store representative that there was a plan for 1000 minutes WITH 5000 night and weekend minutes for 39.99 for people migrating from BLUE. Since he could not access the plan but could see it on the computer, the representative informed me that the 450 anytime minutes with 5000 night and weekend minutes plan for 39.99 would be used, and that 550 minutes will be added to that plan. What happened in England today!?

So, i call up customer care and tell them that i'm tired of my freaking crapy motorola v551 (btw dont buy motorolas) and request they give me the unlock codes to a old at&t phone i had. The lady says she'll send in a request and they'll contact me within 5 buisness day with either a code or they'll tell me no. No response and its been over two months. Next i find out that there is a new antenna for my sisters LG c1300 and that they will send it for free. They said it will be there in about 3 buisness days and its been atleast 3 weeks. Even though this next one goes back a ways..Me and my mom send in our mail in rebates for our crappy motorolas (yes both are crap) and it has to have been atleast those 12 weeks by now considering we got the ph...

I just got a call from a customer and he said that he got a flyer for a promo for the P207. He stated that the promo stated that he could call CC to get the phone. Has anyone else ran into this or can you shed some light on this for me???

👿 Why the hell are business customers so arragant, and ignorant. I just had a call from a nationally contracted cust, stating that she wanted to authorize COFR for end user. In BEUC 3G we cannot see the account to be able to note account. This cust went off like a rocket. I advised her at what number to call, and then she asked me a question, when I tried to Answer here dummass question the witch hung up on me. What is with that, if you don't know how to dial the phone, don't blame the rep for not being able to see the account. If I was her cust for whatever she does, I would have freaked right back, but to maintain professional business account I didn't, however if I would have been at work, look out lady... wow...

I've been having some strange problems with my Cingular phone. I just don't think it's my phone itself because I had the same problem with my old phone. I have a Sony Ericsson Z500a and I really like it. Sometimes my call will get dropped although my signal strength shows that it is full. This seems to happen quite often. I used to have a Nokia 6340i and it would do the same thing every few days. Last night I had the strangest thing happen. I was talking on the phone with someone last night when my conversation was cut off and some woman started speaking in spanish. After the woman was done speaking in spanish it did the little Cingular error tone thing and said something like "We're sorry but the number you have dialed is not a work...

Whens the Nokia flip phone coming out?

Im in a low signal area i have about 1-2 bars on my phone an i cant make calls or send text messages. i tried power cycling my phone an changing the network settings an nothing helped.

is there a time where they will send you a completely different phone, cuz ive been sending them back my nokia 3120 so mayn times cuz of its deffectiveness its getting ridiculous! and i keep buying MEdia Net downloads!

I can't believe it...I work in a former blue center gone orange and I just heard from our staffing manager today that we are starting to hire at the end of August/beginning of September. We haven't hired ANYONE since the merger completed on November 15. Whew - it's about damned time! Service levels are ****!
