I had a customer come in asking for the Bold without the BIS data plan. I told him that he had to have the data plan to be eligible for the rebates. He said he could get the rebates with only his current $20 texting plan. I did show him specifically on both rebates (the $100 main and the $50 dealer) where it defined the requirements.

Yes, previous rebates have worked with the unlimited texting, and these still do with any phone except the Bold.

Also keep in mind these rebates are not available to secondary lines on a family plan. The rate plan for the number must be $39.99 or higher.

I can't believe it, you can get the Bold for free through letstalk.com already.

I just got my bold this morning, and i gotta say this is a really nice and user friendly phone. i love it, i mainly email and text. the multimedia is awesome and the screen has some really good resolution. this phone is sweet!!! tell me how your experience is with the new bold. 😁

I see in the settings where you can copy contacts FROM the SIM to the phone, but I do not se where you can copy contacts from the phone TO the SIM.

Any ideas/suggestions??

I noticed that I had a phone call today and my phone said the call duration was exactly 2 minutes. But when I looked online, I happened to see that my account says it was a 3 minute call.

Whats up with that? If it was 2 minutes and 1 second long, then that would be understandable (but still annoying).

I looked at yesterday's log and noticed I had another call for 2 minutes, and it said 3 minutes also. It was Sunday, but still, if I noticed 2 of these in 2 days, how many other times has this happened...

Is it worth calling in and asking for minutes back?

Does the Black Berry personal plan include internet or is it just for email?

For those customers that has power related issues, it'll be best if you could try another battery first before calling in warranty department bec we are required to have you try another battery first. We could actually send you a battery for free if your phone is under warranty (no damage, of course) but it'll take some time to get to you.

I have been getting regular speeds, not bursts, of well above 2mbps, I've even gotten above 3 & 4mbps. Again, these are not bursts, I've gotten very few speeds below 2mbps since early today. This is way, way exciting.

Even though I swore I'd never get non-SE phone in the past. I'm liking this BB Bold a lot. However, can someone tell me if it'll support flash (for websites) This is what will make me really consider this phone, because I'm a heavy internet user and plenty of times I get frustrated at not being able to get to a website with Flash.

How do you delete individual calls ie recent calls from the iphone so they cannot be viewed by unwanted eyes

I have a Motorola Razr V3xx, and when I got it about a month or two ago, everything worked perfectly fine. But the 2 weeks in, suddenly, I couldn't apply a lot of the ringtones I have as a ring tone. I am aware that the limit is under 600 kb, and all the ringtones I have on the phone are under 600 kb, and I can't apply them. It seems the only ones I can set are under 300 kb or so. Can someone please help me on fixing this problem?! It's bothering me much so.

Can you port a prepaid phone number from Virgin Mobile to At&t?

If you ask can I take service with out a contract and just bill me every month NOT prepaid or go phone, just send me a bill every month like the cable company does. I have my a GSM unlocked phone and good credit I just want to have service and not a contract. 50% of the time you will be told that we dont dot that and the other 50% of the time your told yes we can do that. I just would like to know why everyone dont give the same answer. Is it AT&T is too big and they just cant keep up with what they are doing or is it they dont do a good job of letting everyone know or what? I am not bitching just would like to know and not just about this about other things you ask to.

I need some advise, I have a blackberry pearl 8120 but it is a T-Mobile phone. Don't ask why it is a T-Mobile phone, I got stupid one day and decided to try them and regretted it from day one, so I got them to cancel my contract but I got to keep the phone. My question is if I was to download the firmware from AT&T website would it take all the T-Mobile crap off of the phone and make it into an AT&T phone? Is there any advantage to doing this or should I just use it the way it is? Yes the phone has been unlocked. Thanks for all your help!
