T-Mobile reps, can you help me?

I am expecting a Samsung e715 replacement phone, as mine keeps on freezing, but have no idea for sure when I'm going to get it.

The rep that I talked to told me it would be shipped DHL, and said something about 3 days. Is this when I should expect it? because it's already been 4 days.

Do you know where I could possibly find a tracking number, or any other sort of information? I'm tired of this broken phone.

So I'm checking out T-Mobile's web site and their phone prices don't make much sense to me. They have six free phones, one for $20 and one for $50, and then the next cheapest phone is $150!!!? Then $199!! Where are all the mid-priced phones?

I was in an Indirect dealer location looking to see how much the Prepaid Sidekick 2 was, and I heard the dealer rep say T-Mobile was going to be selling GSM Wi-Fi phones in 7 months. Does anyone know about this? I wonder how would they compare to the phones out now.

How is T-Mobile's coverage in the Atlanta area.I live in the Union City Fairburn. Does anyone know how the coverage is there. If so please reply.Thanks

Yesterday in the colorado market all of t-mobile went down for a period of 2 1/2 hours.
Not watson or activations the network! Being in a store that has the foot traffic of about 15,000 on any given saturday, (about 20% already tmobile customers). It was the worse day in my cell phone career. My question to you folks, has that ever happened in other markets? I lost so many activations yesterday because of it, its not even funny. Tmobile reps, activations any explainations? I hope this doesnt continue to happen on a regular basis.

What area's did T-mobile win in the auction of spectrum.

What is the difference between the Samsung D500 and the Samsung E865, are all the features the same or what? I might get the Samsung E865 unless a Sidekick 3 will be announced then depending on the features of the Sidekick 3 I might go with the Sidekick 3. Does anyone know if Danger might announce a new Sidekick soon or for this year?

My employer recently gave me a set of false IMEI's to use for new activations and to later change them back to the actual IMEI. This seemed shady so I chose not to ask what this would accomplish, does anyone know why I would be told to do this? Gobble Gobble.

I'm on my second Moto V600 and the replacement one I just got today the headset doesnt work! Is there a way that Tmobile can give me a replacement phone? I've had the V600 since August though, my problems have just happened recently.

If I were to get a free replacement phone, does anyone know what Tmobile would give me as a replacement? What would a V600 be replaced with?

Does anyone else work 9 or 11 hours shifts without breaks or 40+ hours with no overtime pay, or how about personal commission quotas that are higher than what the whole store sells?

I'm getting ready to move to Portland, and was inquiring how the coverage was for this carrier. I'm debating between Cingular, T-Mobile and Verizon. Any input is appreciated. I'm thinking of getting the Sharp TM-150 so any input with this phone in Portland, OR is appreciated.

I am a t-mobile custom and Have been for a year and a half. I just have a few questions about t-mobile and their plans for the future.I have been reading up on them implementing EDGE, but when.

So here are the questions.

When are they really going to start Edge data speeds and what are the speed really, I have been told from 75k to 200k. What is it really

Did they get any new spectrum in the central IL area because i go to school down here and the service is good in and around the highway,but then fades. also after 9.pm can make call because i get a network busy signal and thats dangerous because their is nothing in central Illinois but school and if i have and emergency after 9pm just say i'm dead.

I received a letter from T-Mobile that said if I renew my plan by a certain date, they will give me 100 extra minutes per month. I was wondering if I could get free M2M or if I wait longer, will there be a better deal? Thanks.

I know this is a comparison of two different phones but I am looking for a new phone and I really like the A630, but everyone tells me hands down the Nokia 6600 is so much better. People tell me the reception hands down is much better and the speaker phone which I am definately interested in. I am wondering as an over all phone which is better. Can anyone help. I am at a crossroads for which one to get.
