More Sites for T-Mobile?

Does anyone know of any good Samsung or T-Mobile sites that give the inside scoop on upcoming phones in advance? (Much like this site or gsmarena.com or phonearena.com)

T-Mobile Reception in Wash DC/Baltimore

How is T-Mobile reception in the WDC/Baltimore area? I'm thinking about switching from Verizon, but I'm concerned about the service. I'm interested in the Moto A630 and OF COURSE Verizon doesn't have it!

Customer service-YAY...& AARGH!

So to all the Tmo customer service reps, thank you for rocking. I'm a dealer and even though I sometimes get ill-informed reps(probably new) most reps are so nice and quick and helpful. You guys deal with alot of crap but you rock. The reason I'm writing this is because I also work with Sprint. I just had a big mess with a Sprint customer of mine (couldn't get approved with Tmo ☹️ ). I talked to three Sprint reps (all foreign) and none of them would do a function I know is possible (i've done it before). So I asked the last one for his supervisor and ID(I normally ask ID right when I get on the phone but it was pretty busy) he refused to give his ID and when I insisted he hung up on me! Yeah, I'm sure the customer was thrilled to wat...

Will T-mobile ever release a new phone?

My contract was up 3 months ago and I have been waiting since then. Will T-mobile ever release a nice phone with a megapixel camera, bluetooth, and good aesthetics?

data speeds and classes

A bunch of people have been talking about data/EDGE/UMTS in association with T-Mobile. If you're looking to find out GPRS classes and speeds of T-Mobile phones take a look at
http://www.gsmarena.com »
Once you narrow it down to a model (be it the Moto V180 or Sam e715) it lists GPRS class and speed under features. I don't know if they are all accurate but I assume so. Hope this helps, it helped me.

T-Mobile in NC

Does anyone know when T-mobile might make a move in this market? Or why they haven't yet? I'm moving there from Colorado and would like to keep the same service / port to a local number but it doesn't seem like an option. The fact that I can roam on Cingular / ATT is OK but with no data access it's not an ideal setup.

New plans today?

I was anxiously awaiting the new rate plans from T-Mobile today and was disappointed to find the only change was that they eliminated the $45/1000 unlim N/W plan.

Is that it??? Or are there other changes I am missing?

Thanks in advance.

Help: T-Zones setup on SE S710a

I just bought an unlocked Sony Ericsson S710a that was set up for Cingular. I'm trying to get T-Zones set up, but I haven't yet figured out all of the settings that need to be entered. I was wondering if anybody here might know what to do.

How to avoid using voice recognition when calling customer care

For many T-Mobile has introduced voice recognition for when you dial 611 or 1-800-937-8997. Voice recognition is likely a good thing since it will help lessen the burden on live CC representatives. However, voice recognition does not always work well in all situations such as in a noisy environment outdoors.

For those that have the automated voice recognition now for T-Mobile customer care I've found a workaround to get you back to the automated non-voice recognition for T-Mobile.

Call 611 or 1-800-937-8997.

You'll hear: T-Mobile. Para continuar en español marque el numereo quatro. Press 4. It will switch you to the Spanish interface. You'll get "Bienvenidos a clientes T-Mobile" then an announcement "For service in English...

T-Mobile EDGE

I heard T-Mobile has EDGE in select markets only. Could anyone, if they know, let me know exactly which markets T-Mobile does have EDGE in, if at all? Thanks in advance!

Samsung e315 question

I've got a samsung e315 with t-mo, and I was wondering if anyone knows how to reset the T9 dictionary? It's started acting funny, now "I.m" is default rather than "I'm" when pressing 416, among other things. Restting to factory default settings doesn't seem to help.

Thanks!

Samsung D-415/E-mail Client

I have the Samsung D-415 and the phone itself came with a feature that is called "E-mail Client". With that I can have several e-mails saved on the phone, send & recieve e-mail wireless. I called AOL and got all the setting right, but when I go and click on one of my e-mails it will say: Connecting,Connected,Loading Mail Data 0% ( then like 2 seconds later it will say "Server Error" .) I have called T-Mobile Customer Care a few times for this, but they keep thinking I am talking about the "My Email" feature in the T-Zones or that I am talking about T-Zones itself. This doesn't have anything to do with T-Zones or "My Email". It's just a feature that comes with my phone for me to set up. Does anyone know why I am getting that "Server Error...
