Consumers deserve better! (rather long rant)

It seems as consumers need to take a stand. As soon as a new touchscreen device hits the market it's labeled an "iphone" killer. Now I'm guilty of jumping on this bandwagon but after reading a whole bunch of reviews on various webistes enough is enough already.

Apple did one thing right and that's come out with a device that people want and folks paid an arm and a leg for the 1st gen iphone; now that should have been a good indicator that the consumer will pay for a device that has the features they want. As for T-Mo, all I can say is kick it up a notch already. The E63 would be a good device for T-mo (just look on the British T-Mo site and you'll see a bunch of nice phones) The Behold is not that great IMO and I'll be patiently waiting fo...

Attention T-Mobile Customers!!!

OK, so this has been a question that I have been pondering time in and time out. As I read many threads about customer service, everyone seems to say that the Customer Care with T-Mobile only wants to serve with words, then I guess I want to ask the following...what do you want? Every time that I call customer service, I never have a problem with any of the reps. I have been with T-Mobile for almost 5 years, and I don't seem to have the problems that people on here seem to have. Sure, I may drop the occasional call, and I may have to reboot my phone every once and a while, but why would I expect them to drop everything and run and fix my problem? Sure, if I have an ongoing problem, then I expect them to fix it. But I don't expect them ...

Who is satisfied with their T-Mobile service?

I have been considering switching to T-Mobile. Is there anyone here who is satisfied with T-Mobile and the plan(s) they have? I have some family friends who are very satisfied with the service and continue to be customers.

better camera: Zn5 or Behold?

So I'll be upgrading soon and I'm looking into either the Behold or the Zn5. Basically the main feature I'm looking for is a good camera. I know they both have 5mp cameras, but mega pixels doesn't necessarily mean quality. So I would like some advice from people who have actually compared pictures between the two. I'm thinking the Zn5 will have better pictures because its camera is made by Kodak where as the samsung is made by who knows who.

A little help please?

I started out with sprint a couple of years ago.now I switched over to tmobile after my sprint contract ran out. The phone I had when I activated my account was a sidekick.at first I liked it then I realised how chidlish the phone looks and is. I currently have a blackberry curve and I'm pretty happy with it. But I'm looking for a phone that has a qwerty keyboard and isn't a smart phone. Im not sure if tmobile offers a phone like that other then the sidekick. If anyone can help me. I would really apperciate it thank you in advance

Samsung Behold is here

So I just spotted the Behold on T-Mo's website.
There's no WIFI (bummer) and it only has the T-mo web service for $5.99 listed as an internet add on. I'd think for a 3G phone you'd be able to get on the G1 internet plans instead. Is the a T-Mo ploy to keep sales of the G1 high or WTF 🙄 ?

I was looking forward to getting the Behold instead of the G1 and is the Behold running Windows mobile or the Android OS? None of the reviews I've read anywhere states it.

T-Mobile Needs the Nokia N-Series

I'm not sure why T-mobile USA has chosen not to carry high end mobile phones from Nokia and other manufacturers. The iphone was great example proving that alas that Americans can and will pay more than $10 for a mobile phone. And with all this i-phone hype , they could have capitlized on the excitement and offered a feature-rich phone like N95[ 5.0 megapixl camera, GPS navi, Wifi, 8gb] or SE k850i. T-mobile should atleast offer better higher end products online if they can't afford to have their individual stores carry them.

If your were to visit the UK branch of T-mob, you will see that those guys are doing all the right stuff as far as product. If you don't believe me, just visit www.t-mobile.co.uk and checkout their phones.

3g coverage map is innaccurate in Mesa, to say the least

Im not getting any 3g coverage with my g1 at Higley and Brown road in Mesa, even outside, and Watson shows that area is covered by 3g, and there is a Tmobile tower about 1/4 mile away. It also shows 3g coverage along the 202 freeway in Mesa extending into east mesa, but again, I cant get any 3g signal on the freeway where it says its covered. Its really annoying, especially coming from Tmobile, because thier coverage map for voice service is very accurate Ive found. Oh well, I guess Ill have to return it and go back to ATT, which sucks because I hate ATT.

Samsung T919 Behold available on T-Mobile

T-Mobile and Samsung today announced the Samsung SGH-T919 Behold, a full-touchscreen cell phone that uses Samsung's TouchWiz user interface. TouchWiz allows users to drag-and-drop applications to the home screen of their cell phone, for a perfectly customized experience.

The Samsung Behold also packs a punch with its 5 megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash and video record. A built-in GPS receiver works with TeleNav GPS Navigator and the built-in accelerometer allows the phone to intelligently switch between portrait and landscape modes. Quad-band GSM (850/900/1800/1900MHz) support in addition to WiFi and dual-...
