NEWBIE TO Tmobile have Questions?

I switched to Tmobile from the EVIL Verizon I think I made a mistake.

1. My 2 years are up on October 2009 what kind of upgrade am I going to be able to do or should I get ready to switch back to verizon?

2. How long is the warranty on phones? I recieve a replacement phone from tmobile for a phone that had problems 2 months into the contract and now that phone is having problems, when I call they tell me that phone is not covered, what can i say to get them to replace the phone its only been 6 months.

3. Signal sucks indoors anyway to do this

4. If I buy a prepaid phone can I activate it on my tmobile account

Cameo

I'm a sales rep for t-mobile.

Have any of you sold/baught this product? I haven't even had a customer ask me about it. Other than a sales pitch every now and then, all I've ever seen is a customer walk past it and say "Hey, look. It's 5:01."

upgrade question and experience

Just wondering what others have experienced when trying to upgrade phones with T-Mobile. We have 2 phones and one Blackberry and spend about $250.00 with T-Mobile. At the end of our one year contract and i called and asked about an upgrade and specifically mentioned I was considering a switch to Cingular. The only deal they would give us was the very same price on V400's that new customers would receive. Not what i expected after spending $3000 with them over the last year. Should I be shocked or upset, or is that response from them normal??

Fradulent account

We have a couple of guys hitting up our stores and signing for phones, only to turn around and cancel them using a dealer code. He's signed up under a bunch of different business tax ID's. It's a rough estimate, but we think he's gotten at least 28 phones from our stores in the past week or so.

My question is: Why hasn't T-Mobile flagged this guy, closed his account, or notified people? What will T-Mobile do for us in order to catch this fraud artist? Anything?

Thanks.

Samsung Behold vs. T-Mobile G1

Folks,

My upgrade eligibility has kicked in on 10/28/2008 and at the moment I am "up in the air" on my decision between upgrading to the T-Mobile G1 pending the arrival of the Samsung Behold T919, which I hear is quite similar to the Samsung Instinct that Sprint has available with the exception of maybe the TV feature that the Instinct users can access. By the way, my wife and I both have T-Mobile Shadow Phones at the moment and are still happy with them.

I have compiled a list of comparison attributes from what I know about each and have declared what in my mind seems to be the "advantage in favor of" decision.

1. T-Mobile G1 is Open Source allowing for further application expansion. However, at the current availability of Applic...

f'ed by another cell company...

i had a sony tm506 and it went missing at work. i called in and reoprted it lost so no one can use my phone.
i got the phone back and saw calls to numbers that i don't reconize and txt messages that i didn't write, so obviously they didn't block my phone.
thank god i have a flex pay account so all they could do is run my minutes out.
so i called t-mobile and they said that there are no notations on the account so the y couldn't do anything for me.
i gave her reps name/agent id of the person i spoke with and they still wouldn't do anything for me.
my son was playing with my phone and managed to block my sim/pin so i can't use my phone now and i called up to see if i could order a new sim card. but they said all i could do was order a new...

People with Cats can't have T-Mobile

In a recent study people with cats cannot have T-Mobile: The reason is cat hair causes static as well as gets in the phone between the sim card and the phone, therefore causing a short in the sim.
I'm really happy about T-Mobile and believe in them, not in cat people.
I think some cat people have T-Mobile, they keep a clean house and love their cats and phone. Unlike the stereotype cat people.
I heart T-Mobile

3G USB DONGLE & WIFI DOCK

Does anyone know when T-Mobile will offer in the US what they recently rolled out in the UK, ie. a 3G USB DONGLE? It even comes with a base unit that can WiFi connect up to 3 computers thru the single dongle. Do a Google Search for "T mobile 3g usb dongle" and many hits come up. Here is a link to one of them: http://www.intomobile.com/2008/10/09/t-mobile -3g-broadband-usb-modem-made-in-to-access-poi nt.html

Question on 3G on T-Mobile network

Hello, everyone!
I have searched and researched about the 3G service on T-Mobile network without much success.
I am using LG ks20 from I believe UK, unlocked. The spec on the phone says it is 3g capable on 2100 MHZ. The T-Mobile site says it has 3G service on 1700 or 2100MHZ frequency. However, I only receive Edge signal for my internet browsing. I also checked the data coverage map. My area is well covered for 3G service.
Can someone help me clear up this question?

My second question is what if I get one of the 3g phones from AT&t and unlock to use it on t-mobile? (I just renewed my 2 year contract with t-mobile and I do not want to pay fee to break the contract. And believe it or not, t-mobile is the only carrier that gives any si...

Best-Buy Mobile and T-Mobile phones

I was wondering why or how Best-Buy can sell some T-Mobile phones that T-Mobile stores and authorized dealers, and even T-Mobile.com itself do not even offer. Specifically, the Nokia N95, N96 and I think N97, and I'm pretty sure the E63.
I know these phones are available for T-Mobile in the UK and on tmobile.co.uk,why not America?

Oh, and the Samsung Soul Rocks! They should bring that to the US too!
