anybody able to help me find an unlock code for an AT&T t720 for free? =) A customer wants to keep her AT&T phone on Cingular, but they refuse to give her the unlock code? Can anybody please help me? =)

the phone is brand new and unused. i got it online and found it to be locked when it arrived at my door. the phone is in excellent condition but i have not been able to unlock it, lack of funding. it'll cost about $20 to get it unlocked. email me if you're interested [email protected]

I have the subsidy unlock code for my V551. However, any instructions on entering it have not worked. I have tried two different SIM cards expecting the phone to ask for the subsidy unlock code, however, it simply displays a message to contact my service provider. The people at the Cingular store tried entering p*#32# but that did not work for the V551 (tech support has not updated their data from Motorola). Does anyone know the magic sequence that will allow me to enter the unlock code. I need detailed instructions (i.e. hit menu key, hold down * key, etc.). Thanks...

😉 Anybody will agree with me about the mp3 player its a nice feature (specially using the transflash Mem. Card)But does anybody know how to keep the phone close while playing music? I mean I know I could hide the player but if I close the phone the player turns off. PLEASE tell me there is a way... ☹️

I have been with T-mobile for a few years and @ least 2 years with out a contract. When is T-mobile going to step there game up and release/get REAL Motorola toys? I want to leave but im very comfortable with “T”, but im also pissed because the company moves way too slow releasing/getting New Motorola phones. Every New Motorola product “T” releases, I get, only wanting to upgrade 3 months later. Not that there’s anything wrong with the products, but there’s a clear demand, no supply and no choice. So I’m stuck with my phone for like 6 months, only to have the option to buy a mediocre upgrade. (like the V600 & A630) Im TIRED of these tiny screens with less than 2.0 meg.pix cameras. Does anyone remember particapating in motorola's all pro moto contest in dec? Well the official contest end date was in feb and everyone that ended up winning the contest in my store has yet to recieve their prize. We pushed hundreds of moto phones in dec in hopes we would have our prize mid march. Well were still waiting.......
Is anyone in the same boat?

I have a V300 phone and I bought a data cable for it (AAKN4011A)... but now I got a new non-motorola phone and my friend got a V180 the other day. Will this data cable work on that phone? Of the few sites I saw listing the product id, the V180 was not listed... but my guess is they are very similar so I would think it would work...

Any input on this? Is there any risk in just trying it out?

Just wanted to see if anyone had issues with bein on a call for a certain time and have the call just hang up. For example, for the last few nights I have a signal and everything, but was on the phone for a while and the call hung up at 3 hours and 1 min, both nights. Could this have something to do with a settings option?

Okay, the title says everything I need to say. Never mind trying to use the Bluetooth to connect to my wireless internet connection; I can't figure that out right now. I've got a general camera plug that fits into the V3 that I figured would be compatible for transfer of data. I'm just not sure how to SEE my phone after plugging in the cord. I installed the Motorola "Connection Manager" but that seems more related to setting up an internet connection.

Help! Just want to get the photos off of the phone without having to send each one via multimedia message!

I have found a way of making ringtones but they are wasting my phones memory by so much like 700-900kb per song so is there a way to make the memory usage less because I saw that the amount of second per tone is the same if I were to buy it from at&t and it isn't like the 700-900kb im using up but it is from 40-90kb which is alot less. I have been noticed that the bit rate is 160 kbps and the bit rate for the tones I bought from at&t are 32-64kbps so I was thinking if that was the reason why my memory usage was so high so if anyone knows how to make the bit rate less from a song on the computer to send to my phone please reply or if anyone knows how to make the songs memory less

Maybe I read something wrong on this.
But I am having no trouble taking a photo with my V 710 and saving it to transflash card then viewing it on my PC.

Was this an issue in earlier firmware?

I assume you still cant send a photo file to the pc via bluetooth,but atleast it does save it to memory card.

While reading my daily fix of phonescoop I came across a piece of info that was rather confusing to me. The phonescoop blurb spoke about the MPX production being cancelled but when I looked at the link to the real story, it was speaking about the MPX230 being cancelled. Now from the info I have gathered the MPX was at one time the MPX300 then renamed just plain, MPX. What is the deal is the 230 cancelled but the 300 is still a go, or did they rename the 300 to the 230, because I have never heard of the MPX230.
