I JUST saw a commercial for the 2004 motorola phones

the v600 was one of them

hopefully there will be more commercials on the oscars!!! the ony reason im watching it!!!! lol

Last night on some guy named Joel Siegel he showed a Oscar bag that would be giving to the nominees it is a Estalader Bag with a casmere blanket some Manolo Blanik shoes and the Motorola V600

I was at the Superbowl and they gave away a V600 to a fan in a random seat. They also had a working model at the NFL experience. I got to use it and make calls.

I had just got off the phone with an AT&T rep that was so stupid that she never even heard of the v600. She had told me to call Motorola to make sure i was looking into a phone that existed. I have AT&T and my contract is up with them in Aug and once that phone is out and under T-mobile i am switching and they are not getting there cancellation fee cause of all the stuff they have done to me. They are awful and the merge with Cingular is going to make the worse. I did see the phone on TV today so it's getting closer. 😲

AT THE VERY END OF HER SHOW, WHICH I DIDN'T HEAR TILL LATER SHE SAID THE PHONE WOULD NOT B OUT FOR 6 MONTHS TO THE PUBLIC, LETS HOPE SHE RECORED THE SHOW MANY MONTHS AGO.

An AT&T Store Rep told me NOVEMBER.

Hey I was watching the show cold pizza on ESPN 2 this morining and saw the phone on the show. Actully someone won the phone or something. Lookin real good. Did anyone else see this?

It's the Kyocera 7135 smartphone/pda...along with a 42" plasma TV and other little trinkets...

I talked to At&T last night and the guy told me that when phones come out they usually dont know till the day it is in stores because if they know before hand and its delayed it will cause angry customers...all i know is that i aint believeing anything till i see it myself.

I am going to wait till it comes out on t-mobile. I have ATT wireless right now and i hate it. When t-mobile comes out with it then i will do the switch. But no one in here is telling the damn truth. 😡

I just received the phone today (purchased it off ebay for 580$ including shipping). My initial impression: very nice. It was much lighter and smaller than what I thought it would be. The screen dimensions and the screen itself are very similar to the V300. Software is almost identical, you only have a couple of new entries relating to the bluetooth and video playback features. RF quality is excellent, perhaps even better than my old v60g. I am a T-mobile customer and all I had to do was slip in my old sim and I was up and running. T-zones worked flawlessly and I was able to send and receive email. Very nice.

THe person who says that t mobile is getting this phone is crazy!!! this phone has a contract with AT@T.. Please you sound so stupid saying that..haha ha...THey did say that at@t has had the phones but they are working on some software issues..the rep i spoke with said now its totally up to at@t not them to release the phone. so for all of you who keep calling motorola your just wasting your time and they have nothing to do with it!!!

I have a couple of uncles living in Germany. Does anyone know where would I have to send them to buy a V600 for me? I've got to make it easy for them ,since they are recent immigrants from Ukraine to Germany. So they would have a language barrier and they are not too young either! I live in NY. I cannt wait any longer!

The person that i just spoke to gave me some great advice about the phone's release date.. He said the phone will be released next week. They are waiting until after the academy awards to sell the phone. i told him the rumor about the phone recall and he laughed his ass off...he basically said people will say anything to get a rise out of other people. so for all you stupid people out there with all these bogus comments please wake up and smell the coffee. you cant recall thousands of phones!!!!!!!!

JUST THINK BY NEXT WEEK WE CAN ALL GO BACK TO OUR NORMAL LIVES OF NOT CHECKING THIS SITE AND WONDERING WHEN THE PHONE IS GOING TO BE RELEASED!!!

"all v600 will be shipped back to germany this friday. Motorola said that its contract it had with att is void since they sold themselves to cingular. Moto said why would they mass produce the v600 to ATT exclusivly, when all att phones will be cingular in the near future. Moto is expected to sell the phones now in the second half of 2004. my friend(who works at moto) said that he now has no clue on when its coming out.

so all u moto reps whould be able to confirm this. This really sucks bad "
