music on phone???
For somebody who has the phone
Basically i want to know is there a way to send a mp3 to the phone without a cord or mobile phone tools. cause i don't have any of that yet. All i have is the stuff that came wit the phone since i purchased it today. I don't mind waitin to get MPT but if i can send a mp3 to it now somehow i would love to do that. Also i'm pretty sure u can send your videos to your e-mail and to your computer but what application plays MP4? or is that short for Mpeg4. O and doe's anybody already have the transflash cause i want to know if it will allow u to record longer once u have it.
Anyone get the mute/hold function to work with the 820?
When I had the nokia 6820 and the Jabra Freespeak 250 you had to hold down the volume button when powering up the headset to put it in handsfree pairing mode.
Thanks in advance for any help
E-mail pics to the phone?
Question for others with it, is it possible to e-mail a picture to a phone, I tried it with a pic from fotobin as a test and it did not appear to work.

Bought it at RS in NYC. 1yr - $349 - $70 rebate = $279
I think I recall some of you saying there was no rebate for 1 year agreement. I just bought my 710 yesterday in the downtown NYC RadioShack on 9 Broadway (Bowling Green). The salesperson verified several times to me that I would get $70 back with my 1 yr contract as well. And she told me the price was $319 for 2 yrs, $349 for 1 yr. So I figured for $30 difference, I am not going to lock into 2 years and wait that long for the latest phone. There was a catch though. She said there's a $35 activation fee for 1 yr agreement. Well after all was said and done, this not so bright sales clerk never charged me the $35 activation fee. And thier register printed out my rebate on the receipt with a duplicat receipt to mail in. BAM!!!
Not so ...

just recieved my bluetooth headset today, but somethings wrong with it???
Sorry Frank in NY. Bought the 710 while you called RS downtown.
A Frank (from NY NJ area), called the Downtown Radio Shack in NYC yesterday morning while I was there scoping the 710. I heard the sales woman say to someone on the phone (who went by Frank) "theres a customer here right now looking at my last one" "I got 2 in yesterday, but one had sold".
Good thing I was on top of it yesterday morning. That phone would have disappeared. Well, sorry to say this Frank, but:
I GOT IT!!!! WOOOOHOOOOO!O!!!!!!!!!!!!!O!!!!
Whose your daddy!!!!!!!
2 Problems w/ 710
Two Questions:
1) During playback of a video clip, does anyone hear a cyclical clicking noise (like driving over a bridge)?
2) Can you receive incoming calls via speakerphone with the clamshell closed?
Thanks. Sorry if each Q already answered, but forum getting a bit unwieldy.

Pictures and Video Clip SAMPLE!
The pictures are okay quality the video quality is shear rubbish, but if you were sending it from one phone to another it would be cool. You need quicktime to play the video.
Got mine at Radio Shack on Comm. Ave in Boston yesterday, they only had two. Had to pay full price, blah.
