This is very bad.. Yes the NIMH batts need a few weeks to get going but for openers its a problem..

Has anyone had any problems sending PIX messages to the phone? Everytime i send a pix from my computer through pixplace (haven't recieved my TF card yet) it takes forever and I have to take off the battery and reset the phone to recieve the pix message. I've done the OTA numerous times and it's still not going right through.

It will be nice to use the installed car kit for Mp3 playback, just need to adjust some of the wiring to feed into stereo speakers...no one has mentioned this yet..Its the same kit as the V60 etc, with a different cup for the phone!! Can't wait..

Ah, that long wait since April is about to finish. Got my buddy at RS to hold me their last one, gonna go pick it up in a lil' bit.

Does v710 share same batt as any other motorola phone so extended batt might be avail now? Does same hold true about leather case?

Got V710 paired with my BMW BT Hands Free Unit. Everything works except the phone book does not transfer to the BMW BT unit. Any idea and suggestion?

Connecting with my IPAQ 3870 via bluetooth I was able to make the handshake using phone number #777, userid = qnc, password = qnc but I was not able to pass data back and forth.

Anyone else had luck with this?

I was scratching around on Ebay the Thursday night and decided to type in v710, just to see what I would come up with.

Wow! If you are unhappy with your phone there is a market for them on EBay new in the box (allegedly) are selling for $450-$600 and used ones (allegedly) are selling for close to that much. I say allegedly because you sometimes never know what you are going to get from Ebay. Are they really new? Are they really US Editions?. Are they really Motorola and not counterfeits?

Any way if you are not happy with your phone or if Radio Shack won't take it back. Sell it on Ebay and you will be sure to get more than your money back.

You know the Verizon ring tone site works. However some of the other ring tone sites have much better sounding ring tones. Anyone know how or where to get some of the other cooler ring tones to work with a verizon phone? Seems like Verizon is blocking the other sources.

I find it funny that the bluetooth won't support mac osx even after mot and apple announced their itunes and mot deal last week. How screwed up is that?

there are alot of tranflashes out there, and when i was at radio shack there were alot on the wall that looked like they were for the v710, but he told me that none of them were for the v710, so what type or model # do i need for this phone

As someone posted before from the HoFo forum with the MP3 TF card rename to midi file bull$#!+. Do u need that for just playing MP3 songs not ringtones? Or do you need the TF card?
