Motorola V710

I have installed PST and the UNI patch.
When I go into "Flash and Test Commands", my phone is listed as "MOTOROLA P2K".

IS THIS CORRECT, or did I miss a step?

I've been trying to read up on this but am still lost...all I have for transferring to my PC and back is a TF card and reader. I don't have a USB cable. What can I do to get the new flash?

My inside screen ****ed up out of nowhere and doesnt work (just stays white) but the outside display still worked so verizon is shipping me a new phone.... whats the difference between the original releases (which is the one i had) and the new ones?

Any pointers on which USB Bluetooth Adapter I should get for the v710 and any deals going on right now?

Verizon finally put sony music box on the v710 ive been waiting for this app since july/aug.. thats the only ring site ill download on GIN i get the rest from walmart.com!!! Just wanted to let u all know incase anyone else has been waiting for it to and hasnt checked get it now for a while.

When I right click on "listen" and "save file as" the only option is to save it as a .asx file. This is a audio/video play list file. It is not the song, but a link to the streaming song. This does not work. What am I doing wrong.

I was wondering if anyone can help me link my phone with a dell axim x50 via blue tooth. I can pair them but after that I am stuck. Please Help

For those of you that dont know I compiled all of the files that you need for the software update into a RAR file. Included in that file is a text file with simple instructions.

Go to the above website and download v710.rar. You will need a USB cable and WINRAR to do the update.

Hi Everyone:

Does anyone now if Mobile Phone Tools works at all with the V710? I can't seem to get it to work at all. I suspect my carrier, Verizon< is the root of the problem, but I'm not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Saw an old thread on this site regarding the FM Radio attachment. After reading all the good reports, I decided to get one. I searched high and low here in Oklahoma City and finally found one. (I didn't want to order it and wait for several days.) Anyway the rep at Cingular where I found the attachement told me that they had heard that the FM radio attachement was being discontinued. Not sure if true, but if it is, I would suggest everyone pick one up. It is great. I really love it. I regularly carry around a walkman radio with me when out and about. Now I just have to carry one, and if the phone rings, the radio is muted and I answer the call. It is pretty sweet.

2. How super cool is this update - worth the 20 or so doll hairs for a cable?

I was told that you can set your phone to connect to your computer and have high speed internet (144k) However, I can only get like 14k Anyone Know how to fix that?

I'm having trouble making the connection and it sounds like Lexus has no experience with non-Nokia or Sony phones. I went into "options", "telephone", "settings", "bluetooth" "add phone" and I get a screen that says to input a 4 digit code into the phone to establish the connection. The phone is on and I went to settings, bluetooth, power on, find me, and input the 4 digit code with and without pushing enter and no connection is established. I am going to see if the phone sees a wireless headset to help figure out if it is the car or phone that is the issue. Any help would be appreciated.

i was wondering if there was a way to make the picture gallery start out with the most recent picture taken. it is annoying that i have to scroll all the way down to find the picture i just took last.
also has anyone else started to get dust under the screen similar to the t720's?
and last thing... does anybody know if you can connect to your computer via bluetooth?
