Sony Ericsson S710a

Is there an adapter available you can use on the phone so i can use standard stereo headphones. The one that comes with the phone is okay..but I got better ones I want to use, I know the one that comes with the phone has a mic, but I don't really care for it.

Anyone know of a way for the S710 to sync with a PocketPC running Windows Mobile 2003?

So excited to have just gotten my phone!

For some reason I cant connect to media net or log on to AIM. Are there any settings i need to make sure are in right for these 2 features to work correctly?

I just recently watched a news report about Caller ID spoofing ... I noticed that when I check my voice mail from my cellphone it doesn't ask me to enter my password. Apprently they have the voicemail setup so that if u call from your own cellphone it won't ask for the password.. So theoretically if someone calls the # to check voicemail (6107336639) and has the caller ID as my cell phone # then it won't ask for my password... Is there a way to change this.. Has anyone else thought about this??? Can someone esle access my voicemail via Caller ID Spoofing???

OK - so i was like many of you waiting for this phone and was totally phsyched when I got it. I was willing to overlook the slowness of the interface and a couple of the other minor issues.

But I am getting ever frustrated with the following issues...

Bluetooth not stable - shutting down on its own lass than 10 seconds after beeing turned on

Data communications issues - I am now on my third issue with the WAP/MMS stuff just stopping to work and I need to play with settings and such to get it working again. (Getting Wrong Internet Account Errors)

I really want to like this phone, but am I the only one who feels like this phone was not quite ready to ship?

I keep reading throughout the forum about the Slow Menus on the S710a, I wanna know if they are as slow as the menus on the SE T610/T616. I had that phone and it was slow as damn hell for me. What the Hell does SE think when reliasing a $550 phone with slow menus, sheesh! 😕

I do not have my phone yet, but I was wondering should I buy a screen protector if so what kind? I don't want my phone to look cheap, but I don't want to scratch the screen either. I do have the ICE-30 case to protect it when not in use.

Why does my red charge light blink sometimes? Did it all last night. Battery was full, but stoped when i pluged it into the charger.

Just curious... is the battery the same that is in the z500/t237/t226 phones, or the t616/t637? Or is it something that is totally new?

I don't have mine yet still waiting on the train and gain shipment, but I was just curious what everyone has been watching on theirs?
