Dropped calls may occur for several reasons... sometimes, there's no enough coverage or you are in an area where thre's coverage hole. or you are walking while on the phone, that causes switching from one tower to another. Calls dropped in all locations and at all times of the day/night are indication of a handset issue.

Is there any phones I should be excited about the next month, and when does the moto phones come out for Sprint?

Does anyone have any pics or specs on this phone? I just got pricing in on this phone but, I haven't seen any pics on it yet. Thanks!

i know verizon just released it, and every phone website out there lists this phone was upcoming for sprint, so in that respect, anyone here who has sprint intel know when this phone (along with other moto phones) is coming out for sprint? thanks! 😁 i reallllly look forward to this phone and other moto's to boost sales and make sprint at least on of the top 2 carriers!

Getting boot from cingular because my usage for the past 5 months were 49% cingular tower 51% other my phone always said cingular how are you suppose to know and I travle a lot. Been a customer for over 7 years and upgraded my phone 5 months ago and was never warned. So I am looking at Sprint. I have 20 days to find a new carrier..Help.

Just want to share something.. when your calls get drop, don't be mad with the carrier. it really happens, why? 1)not all areas are being covered,there's what we call coverage holes. 2)when you're walking while on the phone, chances that your coverage is switching from one tower to another, if that happens,calls are being dropd. guys, i need to log out. pls add more info. thanks.

I checked them out, they include such low number of anytime mins. Seems that they offer more along the lines of n/w starting at 6pm, or free incoming, but what happened tot he $49/month 1000 anytime mins, and plans like that? For example the free incoming $59 plan would only give me 500 mins. So witht hat $60 plus the vision pack ($15) and the txt ($15) that's $90/month.

Can I have any further info specifiacally which phones are coming out from Moto in the 4th quarter?

I currently switched from a PPC-6700 to a Treo 700wx. I love this phone and have been having some minor issues. Much like when the 6700 first came out and had some issues that were easily fixed by the update, I wondering if anyone else is having any issue with it freezing? Also anyone know of an update for this phone coming?

Is there a way to use my personal mp3 ringtones that I make as the ringtones on the Fusic? I've added songs to the memory card and they play fine on the phone. Just don't know how to set a personal ringtone. Any help is appreciated.

My cousin and I are going to join Sprint this friday...contacts up with T-Mobile and it's time for a change. Any thoughts abuot what phone to get? I was thinking about the Fusic but I'm not so sure....

Also, what's the deal with Roaming? I really don't understand that....if Roaming is free, why even saying anything about it..? My aunt has sprint and when she's in her house, which gets really bad cell service, her phone will switch over to Digital Roaming...so what does that mean?

Any suggestions? I hope we're choosing the right carrier...tell me if i'm not 😁

We just got tons and tons of a880s in for some weird reason. and not even the refreshes...the lavender ones! EW.

I've been a customer care rep for Sprint for about a year and a half now, and a few weeks back switched over to the order support department. Now, I was warned that it was always busy, in queue all day, every day, but I never imagined it could be this bad! From open to close, the wait time is AT LEAST 25 minutes, and for the last 2 hours or so before OS closes the wait time for customers gets over an hour! And the thing that really pisses me off is the fact that Sprint corporate doesn't care! The majority of our calls are for shipping issues... you know, we shipped to the wrong address, sent the wrong phone, where's my order, etc. Therefore, the majority of our callers in OS are BRAND NEW. How does it look to a new Sprint customer when they ...

Did they change the coverage maps. If so at least the colors match up now.

I ported over form nextel on 8/16/6 and I am on my second phone. Original phone quit working after 4 days of having it. Took it in to the Sprint store and they replaced it on the spot. Just last week the vision services stopped working when its on digital roam. When I digital roam its on the Alltel network which I always had vision services before. Sprint wants to ship me another phone. How can a new phone make the vision services work when the other line on my account is also a Katana phone and tech support and myself compared all the setting and versions of software on the phones and they were the same. We tried a reset of the phone, browser, removed and added vision service on my line and still no go, but the vision services on my wif...

Anyone know if the Sanyo 7000 series is done? 7500 was the last one they came out with, is that all thier gonna do, I LOVED the 7000 series i still have my 7400 now, and im gettin a treo 700 next week cause nothing has come out after the 7500 🤨
