When are we going to see the Q come to sprint??? I am hearing later in the year, but does anyone know something accurate?

ok so i type in my area code on the sprint site to see if EVDO is available at my parents house because i just purchased and activated a PC-5740 for my laptop, which I LOVE by the way DL at 16+ kb/s non EVDO. but back to my point i put the area code in and it says atlanta (30277) I KNOW THAT, but it would be niec to know if that city (Newnan) in particular is covered in the EVDO network. It says Peachtree City is and my parents live 5miles away from that city....good to know a detailed location to know if EVDO is avaialbe in that area code not the metro-city...

Is everyone Required to sell Home Long Distance?


I've been threatened with my job for the past few months over selling LD. i was wondering if everyone had to get 100% of their quota's in this or get written up.

we just became a corporate store and all of a sudden we have to sell this crap yet nobody wants it. Last month i hit 105% of my activations, 130% of my accessories, yet only 50% of my home long distance yet i got a verbal warning. this means ifi don't hit my LD this month(which i'm not going to) i get my first write up. this means for the next 6 months i have to hit 100% of all my quota's to keep my job....wtf?

I'm just wondering if this is the same all over or if it's just my wh...

I just wanted to shout out and say a few things about Sprint. My uncle dropped his Sprint phone and broke it the other day, I happened to have a Alltel phone which is the same as any other CDMA,PCS phone,which I don't use cause I'm with Verizon now, anyhow I went to activate it on the Sprint network. Well, let me tell you this, I have never dealt with a more nasty bunch of MORONS in my life. The customer service staff must of came from clown college, what a joke. Bottom line is Sprint will not activate another CDMA phone. It must have their logo on it. It can be the same phone,but no logo, no activate. ...went to a Sprint store and got horrible customer service....told the lady that my 2 years will be up soon and I was looking to either sign up for a brand new service for my wife and I (shared plan) or keep our service and get new phones. She was no help at all and scoffed when I told her we were interested in the phones that came free with new plans. She told us that they were bad phones and that the only thing you can do on them is make and receive calls - which surprisingly is all that my wife wants to do with her phone!

I remember from back when I sold sprint, that if you do an ESN change it changes your upgrade eligibility date regardless of whether you bought a phone at full retail, upgrade, ebay, or whatever...

Did they ever change that? I signed up in April, so if they changed it before then, then thats good. I'm going camping this weekend and I wanted to use a phone with a battery that lasts longer than the 15 minutes of battery life I get on the Blade.

Can someone explain to me why Sprint's growth is so horrible while other carriers are kicking butt(Verizon, Cingular).

Is it the Nextel customers that are leaving or what? I work in the business channel for a competitor and I can't tell you how many people are over paying for a spotty network with Nextel.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I already have the Blade a900 but I just wanted a new phone because Im into the whole music on your phone thing....I can get the Blade to hold up to 100 songs but the thing is the battery life on the phone and also all of its bugs impair me from fully using its functions....Is upgrading to the Fusic a good alternative?....and what better things would I get out of it?
