Sprint Employee's...?

Hello...

So I got a couple of questions about working for Sprint. I am currently employed by a bank but am thinking about leaving. I will have the option to leave or stay in a few weeks. I've got a lot of expirence with cash handeling and of course great customer service skills. lol. I thought about going to work for a Cell Phone carrier because I know A LOT about them. And have had a lot. I like them too. lol. So what are the benefits of working for Sprint? What is generally their pay range / Starting pay? (I Make OKAY money now...considering that I am stil at home and going to college...)
Any input would be very helpful.

Thanks Much

LOCKLINE INSURANCE CLAIM

Hi, I am no longer with sprint, I left them on May 5th, I had insurance for the longest time on my phone. Even tho I'm not with the company anymore can I still file a claim using a date prior to me leaving the company so I can give the new phone to a friend that has sprint? I know it sounds stupid but dates do matter in the insurance business. That's why I ask. If anyone knows.. help me out

Higher Spending Limit?

Is there anyway to get a higher spending limit? I keep my bill paid on time, in fact i pay the bill for two cycles sometimes, i'm asking because i wanted to subscribe to some of those power vision channels and other things, and i also purchase a few songs through the sprint music store every month, but i don't wanna get too happy one month and have my phone turned off. If there is a way to get a raised limit please tell me.

Leaving SPRINT for T-MOBILE. .. bad idea???

Yea you read it right. I am getting rid of sprint. For some reason they are starting to suck to me. They've already fallen behind t mobile and with thenm having nextel service has only gotten worse. . . T mobile on the other hand is only getting stronger and the rate plans are a lot better.

Coverage check, please?

Sprint reps out there, if you could please tell me how coverage is in Waynesburg, PA and the surrounding area, it would be much appreciated. The zip is 15370.

My friend is moving out that way and is looking to switch her cell phone service.

Thanks!

corp sales reps

What do you think about the new commission structure? I hate every last bit of it. Non-recurring revenue is a joke 🙄 , and with a quota of 60, its hard to get accelerated on act's. The recurring revenue is nice, but I can only tack on so much stuff they actually would use. So what do you guys think about it?

which ones with best reception

Which sprint phones have the best reception? Im looking for 2 phones 1 for myself and one for my wife.

For me im looking at the a900 or the a920. For my wife kinda open, she just wants it to be small, speaker phone and if possible camera.

So out of those 2 for me and any others in the $80 or less after discounts for my wife with those options what would be the best?

Thanks

Something I dont like..

Preface:
Ive worked at SPCS for about 3 months, before that, I worked at VZW for nearly 2 years as tier I/II tech support and cust. svc., so that should set my approximate knowledge level.
------------------------------------------

When a customer comes into my store, complaining of no service or dropped calls, I know one of the first things to do is to check the roam settings, MANY times, I find this setting set to sprint only. That annoys me to no end, and is the reason many customers get dropped calls.
If a customer is traveling around, and they are on a sprint tower, and they move to a VZW tower/Alltel tower, etc... and their phone is on sprint only, that call will drop, as it cannot be handed to the VZW tower. Not only that, but...

Sprint/Nextel Dual Mode phone...

Hopefully I don't get flamed for this because this is probably been asked before. Does anybody know of a reliable website that shows pictures of the Dual Mode phone that is coming out soon for Sprint/Nextel. I understand it uses CDMA for Voice Calls/Data and IDEN for Walkie-Talkie (Direct Connect) I was wondering when the release date is or if there is any Specs or Pictures of the phone(s). I've seen some pictures before and they appear to be photoshopped of another IDEN phone. Thanks... Tommy

Anyone?

Is anyone here working for a Sprint COR store in or around Greensboro, NC?

I've become a bit jaded with sales and wonder what it would take to be a repair/service tech. Since Cingular doesn't have tech's I have to look elsewhere....like Sprint. 😁

2 Megapixel

The only 2 megapixel phone Sprint had, the Samsung MM-A940, is no longer available. I have heard that Sprint will have another 2 meg phone in the next 60 days. Anyone know anything about this?

Thanks!

Question concerning playing Mp3s....

I've recently switched to Sprint. I currently have a Sanyo 3100. I am wanting to get a Sanyo 9000 because it has all the limited features a Sanyo has plus features like 1.3 MP Camera, MP3 player, Mini SD Card Slot ect... My question is reguarding the MP3 Player. Does it have Siruis Music player on it? Do I have to subscribe to some service per month just to listen to MP3 on my phone. Or does it work similar to ROKR E1 or SE W660i where I just drag the music from my PC to my phone and can listen to them even if I don't have service? Just curious how this actually work.. Thank you for you time.. Tom

Treo 650 as Modem

Can anybody help me with the procedure to use my Treo 650 as a modem. I have unlimited Vision and the WiFi connection I've been piggybacking for Internet service finally got smart and made it accessible only with a password. Any way any info would be great. Thanks
