Sprint Music Store and mini SD

I'm confused...... i have the Sanyo 9000 (GREAT phone, upgraded from the 5600) and am enjoying the music store very much. What I am confused about is when I download a song, it isn't putting anything on my sd card, even though the sd card icon is green (in use) during download. when I check the card it shows nothing under any of the categories. Well, yesterday, I went to download another song, and it said it couldn't because my sd was full and I needed to clear space for it. What is going on with this??

is the lg pm-325 fully obex bluetooth or not?

here is my situation: i have a lg pm-325 a buddy of mine purchased from ebay. it was sold as a sprint phone and listed as a sprint phone. the phone came shipped with no carrier branding meaning its unlocked. no mms services were programmed in the phone what-so-ever. nothing related the phone i have in my hand to sprint until last night. my buddy stopped by a sprint pcs store where a tech notified him the phone was indeed unlocked and the esn told him and us so. so the tech re-flashed the device with sprint software but that didn't im prove much but now the phone's screen has sprints logo on the power of and on screens. the coverage in places where the sanyo 8300 gets five bars this lg gets 1-2. everywhere else is a crapshot. the bluetooth is...

Recpetion

I'm just curious...how is reception in Brooklyn, NY (particularly Sheepshead Bay, Mill Basin, Marine Park, and Park Slope). I have Verizon now and I was just curious how Sprint is in relation to the pretty good coverage I get with Verizon.

Btw, I don't want to start a flame war or anything. I'm just curious for a reception comparison because I know alot of people that said Sprint has gotten better in my area and I was just wanted to know how much of an improvement there was.

Cell Phones VS Cars

So it has been talked about enough. There is nothing better to compare using, owning, and buying a cell phone to than the same with a car. Specifically servicing, insurance, and regular maintainance. Just wanted to get some discussion rolling on this topic and see what everyone else thinks.

Sanyo Self Test

Does anyone know what the Sanyo Self test does? It is in the reverse logistics menu. If you press the self test button it always comes back with an OK! result.

Any Ideas?

Ummm..do I dare say...Should I switch from Sprint?

** Posting Under All Carries for Full Input **

My Sprint PCS Plan is:

$95.00 (after all taxes...etc)
2000 anytime minutes
2 Lines share the minutes w/ all options below
Unlimited PCS to PCS Calling
PCS Vision Premium Pack
Picture Pack
100 Text Messages
Nationwide Long Distance Although Roaming if Added is $5.00 Extra

So here is my dilemma and what I want:

1) I want two new phones and am not impressed with the phones that Sprint offers and they will at this point in time only give me a $75.00 credit for each line.

2) Am moving to Colorado and have read that Sprint does not rate as high as other carriers.

3)HATE SPRINT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ALWAYS WAIT ON HOLD FOR AT LEAST 20 MINUTES

4) Have not been able to use my p...

Better Customer Care May be a targer

Ok, I was a customer under my mom's account from like 17yr-20yr. I am now 21 and I have my own account with Sprint, I have been a customer with them for 1 month, and I bought a Sanyo 8300 red. I didn't want this phone but the entire Detroit Metro area were out of Sanyo 9000, Samsung A940, Samsung A920, you name it they didn't have it. I wanted the Samsung MM-A940 They told me they would have it before my 30days exchange was up on January 8th. Well they didn't get it, a couple of days ago, I was told that sales throughg sprint had the phone and Iwould have to buy it full price at $400 plus dollars. I was upset cause I still thought I was a new customer and I was told the stores would have the phone I wanted before my time was up. I thought th...

Sprint Dual Mode phone

I live in the thumb of Michiagn, Vassar to be exact. Although we are surrounded by towers, Thumb Cellular has a lock on the towers somehow; it's the last holdout with high cost and $$ roaming outside it's network. There are some sort of legal issues that prevent the big cell carriers from using TC towers, not sure.

Nextel is the only carrier that works reliably outside of Thumb Cellular, however I don't want Nextel.

Just before Christmas I purchased 3 Sprint phones after being reassured they would work at my home, although I had my doubts. It didn't matter if I was out of network, I just wanted to be able to use it. I don't recall which phones they were, but one, mine, was digital and I questioned why it wasn't a tri-mode phone. The s...

Attn:Sprint People

First off I love sprint's call clarity, coverage, plans, and phones.... customer service is really bad, and here's my issue with them now.

I really want a new phone, and after 18 months I was supposed to get a new phone credit, well 19 months into my contract my credit was pulled and the deal was extended to 24months.

Now I NEED a new phone in the next 3 days, when I talked to customer service I was told that there was nothing they could do. And either I paid the extra cash or I would have to wait the remaining months. (3)

Now it would be incredibly easy for me to go to Cingular, Verizon, or T-Mobile and get my new phone for basically free, sign a 2 year contract (same as sprint) and just have 2 phones for the next 3 months or just...

I hope anyone can help me

Hey everyone, I am currently taking an economics class that has assigned me a project of my choice. I chose to find out what the best carrier in Los Angeles is (my home city) and whether or not sales correspond to the quality of service provided by all the major companies. I just wanted to know what everyone in Los Angeles thinks of both Sprint's service and phone selection. Thanks for everyone's help!

Sprint West Coast Down

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Sprint Nextel Corp.'s wireless, long-distance and Internet customers along the West Coast were without service for several hours Monday after a fiber-optic cable was cut west of Phoenix.

The problem was compounded by network repairs near Reno, Nev., that had forced the company to route calls from that region through the Phoenix lines, spokesman John Taylor said.

Taylor said both cables were repaired by 7 p.m. EST, and that service had been restored in the affected areas. He said he didn't know how many customers nationwide had lost service....
