I have had a 3 Lg ux260 in the past 2 months and recently i just went in to get a software update (which they should annonce somthing or tell people about it) and my phone still doesnt work right. I called in and complained and they want to send my phone away to the Lg manufactuar to be fixed and give me a horrible loaner phone. Why do they do this i shouldnt be having this problem and i shouldnt have to deal with a crappy broken new phone.

I am with US Cellular Southern Wisconsin. I just had my line switch over from my Ex-husband to a friends account. My friends account is just going into it's first year of a 2 year contract, his plan was switched to a family plan. I have had my cell phone for over a year plus..is there a way to get a new one at discount? My phone is falling apart and no way will make it another year. Any ideas? Thanks

I saw a TV commercial last night with the pearl as buy on get one - no info anywhere else yet. Can any of you helpful and informative folks confirm. Or does the local NBC affil have some traffic issues?

I am in Iowa and we have several billboards in spanish around town. We have a very large spanish speaking customer base so I didnt think anything of it when I started seeing them. Are other markets doing this as well?

The actual point of this thread is to ask if anyone has experienced customer complaints regarding these billboards? I have heard a couple. The first time I heard one I just looked at the lady in shock and awe 😳 ...I couldn't believe it. I have since heard other complaints one was from a 10 year customer leaving us because of it. I felt like telling him his money was no more important than our spanish speaking customers. 🙄

OK.... So i've decided I want us cellular.. but since I live in a garden apartment, im not sure if I will get reception.

If I get a Us Cellular deposit of $100.00, bring my phone home....IMMIDIATLY discover it does not work, and return it with in like 1/2 hour from the time I buy it, will I be able to get my deposit back SAME DAY or do they make you wait???

I want a BB or a Motorola Q because they have a full keyboard and all I do is text but USCC won't let you get one of them without a data plan. I think that is stupid. At&t won't make you get a data plan if you get a BB or any other smart phone. Why does USCC do this. Our bill is already $200/month. I don't want to get on the internet or send emails I just want to text.

Serious Question: Will us cellular really come to my house to see if i get a signal before I sign a contract... Sorry if it sounds stupid. But I saw the commercial for the first time.
