When is Verizon going to be getting decent new phones? All there is now are smartphones, touch screens and crap. I don't need a blackberry and the touch screen just SUCK!!!

We are going to give you all free service and as many free phones as you want. We are also going to change our network so you can activate janky GSM clones of actual phones such as fake Nokia's from China. Hell, we'll actually pay YOU for using our network. ....And they all lived happily broke everafter.

I have gotten no where with Verizon customer service and tech support with issues I am having with my Dare. Anyone know of how or who I contact at a higher level to discuss my frustration with this company? I am so ready to walk away from Verizon even though they have been my carrier for many, many years....Thanks for any help. I just want to make sure that I am speaking with a higher power than a "supervisor" in the department.

I'm currently an Alltel authorized agent and we get a special discounted plan from them called the Touchpoint. I'm wondering, when we become Verizon authorized agents, what sort of dealer plans will they offer us (if any)??

I just spent about $2.50 downloading a song and then creating a ringtone on iphone. But I can't figure out how to send it to my verizon cell phone. Please can someone help. Supposedly I am supposed to export as a txt but it is an xml or something else. Either way, it goes no where.

Does anyone know if the EnV touch will have a accelerometer on it or not. I would like to have this so I would not have to turn the phone sideways when I am on the Internet like you have to do with the current voyager.

I have seen some images of a new "EnV Touch" by LG. What is the major difference between the env touch and the voyager. Is this just so they can discontinue Voyager?

I bought a new LG Versa. I gave my EnV2 to my wife. The EnV2 copied thumbnails of music albums that were nice when scrolling through my list of music. The Versa has a large icon of a pair of music notes. Is it unable to display the album graphics?

If a customer checks credit today.... how long do they have to activate until you have to re-pull credit?

I know with T-Mo is was 90 days...

Went into a VZ retail Store. Purchased USB (UM 175) aircard but it had to be Dfilled from the warehouse.
I now want to exchange it for the MIFI 200.

It is within the 30 days and I have everything in pristine condition for return.

If I send it back via FedEx to VZ and re-order the MIFI, ( I may not be near the store in the next week) does the original salesperson who wrote the first order for me lose the credit for the sale? He was so helpful, I want to make sure he gets the credit for it.

If I have a storm, do I Have to have the data plan? I know for at&t you can remove it at any time. I dont have Verizon but my GF does and I broke her phone so I get to pay for a new one. I can buy a Strom for $250 with no contract from a buddy but my GF does not need the internet. Any help is awesome, thanks.
