Have you all seen the AT&T forum? It's deader than a passenger in a car driven by Ted Kennedy. Halfway down the page there are threads that were last updated in March. He can't help it, peoples. He gets soooo bored waiting for people to join him in his mockery of the iPhone that he has to come over here and try and direct people into iPhone related conversations that allow him to mock it some more. Some AT&T fans please help him out by posting over there! It would be greatly appreciated.

I should also point out here that he does have one good point: aside from the phones Verizon has that AT&T users want, Verizon doesn't have any phones that AT&T users want.

Any inside info on those two phones yet? Tentative release dates?

so its a fact now; if you are a new or old customer and want to try out verizon service for 30days and for some reason you need to exchange the phone for a different phone vzw will charge you $20.00. I mean this company keeps on becoming greedy and greedy.. at&t gives you the real 30 day refund policy and they dont charge you for exchanging phones.

Other than the iPhone, when speaking to customers ... they say things like "oh I wish VZW carried that AT&T phone" and etc. What are some of the phones that you (and VZW customers - potential and current) wish to see in the VZW phone line up that is available for AT&T?

Are there any new upcoming pink phones for Verizon?

For years, I have had to keep phones with AT&T and Verizon, because Verizon had no coverage in my town but AT&T had no coverage where my daughter lives. Last weekend, Verizon finally got coverage in my town. Although I know you can't directly compare bars on phones for signal strenth, nonetheless Verizon's signal is not quite as strong as AT&T's in my house (it is fine everywhere else). With a 3 year old Motorola flip phone, I go between 0 and 1 bar with some static in some parts of the house. I want to ditch AT&T and go with Verizon and have considered getting the Curve. Would it have as good reception as the Motorola? If not, do you have any other PDA phone suggestions?

I have decided to review a favorite service that I take advantage of and so should everyone else. My cellular phone service carrier is Verizon Wireless and I have been a loyal customer since 2003. Since I first hesitantly signed the contract until today I have not been disappointed, not even once. ok so i got my bb pearl and i have had it since sat. well i charge it all night but it only charges the battery to 75%.... why would it be doing this? after 7 hours of a charge it only is 75% charged....i've tried removing the charger and putting it back on and got nothing.

I am having an issue with my Flip shot where the raised part of the keypad is leaving scratches on the inner screen, its like you can see all the buttons engraved into the inner screen. just wondering if anyone else has noticed this issue. Talked with someone in tech support and they had never heard of this issue before, just wondering what this might be from.

just wanted to introduce myself. ive been reading these forums for years just never got around to becomming a member. Im a VZW employee in Georgia. I work at a A size store i been with the company for almost a year now. Im no Guru of the cell phone industry but i do know my fair share of the business i been in the business for 3 years started with sprint indirect and moved to a company called wireless toyz where i was an indirect agent for all carriers except for verizon and here i am at 21 working for corporate vzw. ill be a frequent poster hopefully.

So VZW is getting this new BB first (hopefully exclusively) and VZW folks are really happy. This is going to be a pretty cool phone and i would think most BB fans would be pretty excited about it too (except for the FEW that truly object to the touch screen). Here is what I find interesting, since it is launched on VZW most people who don't like VZW are hating on this phone, if it was for AT&T I'm sure they would be excited and rubbing it in our faces. 🙄

I just got an upgraded phone on new-every-two, but I'm perfectly happy with my old one. So I thought I'd sell the new one on eBay. I haven't activated it yet.
Are there any gotchas? Like is the new phone somehow tied to my account and when the new buyer activates it, they have my phone number or something? Or I will get billed for their calls?
When I bought it from verizonwireless.com, I had to say which cellular number went with that phone. (I bought for the whole family at once.)

I am wondering if anyone can help me with this. Very frustrated with my BB8830. Basically, I am having problem with the "Loose" charging port. I am on my 3rd or 4th BB8830 and after a while the charging ports get very loose from daily loose. One time, they gave me a phone with messed up lcd screen. I take good care of my blackberry and keep it out of harms way but this seems to be a repeating problem for me. I also signed a 2 year contract last june along with the phone and I do not want the 8830 anymore and my warranty is running out so I am looking to get into the new Curve...

Can someone tell my what my options are??? Would really appreciate your help.

How do you stop the signal notification (the audible notification) that says "lost service". I need to know how to turn this notification off.

ok question for cs reps. you know how we can upgrade a phone # that is eligible for the upgrade but it can be activated on a different phone #? i am not talking about changing the esn after they activate but when the order is processed. well anyways it says it cannot be done if the # is a vzw hub mdn... anyone know what that is? i look in infoman and m&ps but couldnt find the definition
